Research On The Cultivation Of College Students' Integrity Values

Being the traditional virtue of our nation,integrity is highly respected in Chinese ethical system,which is not only a code of conduct,but also the foundation of all morals.Regarded as the cornerstone of morality,integrity plays an important part in the core values of socialism.College students,the future as well as the hope of our nation,shoulder the important mission of overall construction of a well-off and harmonious society.Thus,the values of integrity from college students spiritually drive the modern citizens to put them into practice,which is also a leading force for the inheritance of the socialist spirits in the future.In order to coordinate the development of ideological and moral along with scientific and cultural qualities,college students must treat honesty as the driving force.However,the lack of integrity of college students has become a social concern.Due to the rapid development of market economy,the diversification of social value orientation,and the objective factors such as the attenuation of the honesty education of the family and school,and college students' thought not mature,heart,the good faith consciousness weak will the influence of subjective factors,such as to make college students credit values appear the wrong cognition,lead to break promises.The lack of integrity of college students is not only related to their future personal development,but also related to the healthy development of modern spiritual world.Therefore,"lack of integrity" has become an issue of The Times that the country must solve,which is related to the sustainable development of social economy,politics and society.It is of great significance to comprehensively analyze the causes of the loss of integrity of college students,strengthen the cultivation of the values of integrity of college students,explore the ways and methods of cultivatingthe values of integrity of college students,help college students establish correct values,cultivate the quality of integrity of college students,and promote the comprehensive development of college students.This paper first focuses on the research purpose and significance,research status,research ideas and research methods at home and abroad,and makes a more comprehensive introduction to the research background,writing purpose,significance and thinking of the paper on the cultivation of college students' integrity values at home and abroad.Secondly,through the overview of the cultivation of college students' values of integrity,the relevant concepts are analyzed and defined,and the significance of the cultivation of college students' values of integrity is expounded.Thirdly,the paper analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of college students' values of integrity.By means of questionnaire survey,this paper aims to accurately understand the problems existing in the cultivation of integrity values of contemporary college students,and find out the reasons for the lack of integrity of college students.From the second,it analyzes the theory and principle of the cultivation of college students' values of integrity,finds out the basic principles to be followed in the cultivation of college students' values of integrity,and improves the effectiveness of the cultivation of college students' values of integrity.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the cultivation of college students' values of integrity,this paper explores the ways and methods to strengthen the cultivation of college students' values of integrity.Therefore,when carrying out the cultivation of college students' values of integrity,it mainly starts from the the three stages of cognition:“getting to know,believing,acting” to propose the corresponding countermeasures according to the different stages,with the hope of improving the effectiveness of the cultivation of college students' values of integrity,helping students establish the values of integrity to promote college students.
