Research On Governance Structure China Table Tennis Super League From The Perspective Of Property Right Theory

Since 1990s,China's table tennis professional league has been in the process of professionalization for 30 years.The table tennis Super League has gone through the changes of the home-away game system,the promotion and relegation system,and the players'delisting system.In the process of professional reform,the ownership structure of the clubs is also changing constantly,the professional reform process of Table Tennis Super League has great contribution to the development of professional sports in China.In spite of this,the Chinese table tennis Super League has not really realized the professionalization,still is in one kind of exploration stage.In recent years,many scholars of professional sports and Table Tennis Super League have put forward the problem of unclear property right of professional sports in our country,which is mainly the complexity of property right structure and the existence of certain problems in governance structure.According to the theory of property rights,the structure of property rights determines the structure of governance and has an important impact on the allocation of resources.To sum up,this paper analyzes the property right structure of the table tennis Super League through the property right theory and the related theory of the enterprise property right structure,through the stakeholder theory,this paper Constructs the governance structure of China's table tennis Super League,and puts forward relevant suggestions and suggestions.Combining theory with practice,this paper analyzes the current development problems of China's table tennis Super League,promotes the healthy development of China's table tennis Super League,and provides relevant references for the development of China's professional sports.This paper draws the following conclusions:1.The stakeholders of the table tennis Super League,namely the Table Tennis Association,the League Clubs,the athletes,the fans and the media,have all invested in the League to varying degrees,the question of their rights and interests should be taken into account in the governing structure of the Super League.2.In the structure of property rights,the Super League mainly presents the characteristics of the diversification of the main body of property rights,the ownership of the Super League,the Association tends to the political goals and social benefits in the Development Goals;The incomplete property right between the table tennis Super Club and the Table Tennis Association.3.The following problems exist in the property right structure of the Super League:The ownership of the League is unreasonable;the development of property right items is not complete enough and the related interests have not been developed;the incomplete property right structure makes the interests of the clubs limited,it violates the principle of risk compensation,the diversification of property rights and the disunity of interests.4.The following problems exist in the governing structure of the table tennis Super League:The "invalidation" of the incentive and restraint mechanism in the governing mechanism;the more layers of the principal-agent system,the higher transaction costs and the lower efficiency;the low degree of privatization of the property rights in the clubs,complex form of property rights,fans and other stakeholders have no communication channels,not enough attention.5.The development of China's table tennis Super League is still in a state of over-economy,according to the current situation of China through continuous system improvement to achieve a steady state.The reform of the Super League property right structure leads to the improvement of the governance structure,which takes the form of gradual reform and multi-governance.
