Geographic information literacy is an essential component of students' geographic literacy.At the same time,learning with the help of big data,artificial intelligence,"Internet+"and other information technologies is one of the future-oriented learning methods.Faced with such a complex information environment,how to guide students to screen effective geographic data information?How to help students cope with information choice conflicts?Therefore,it is very necessary to pay attention to the development of students' geographic information literacy.As a new type of teaching media,starC has a strong information carrying capacity.However,most geography teachers are accustomed to using PPT courseware to carry out teaching activities,and it is easy to ignore starC's unique dual-board display,network link and other functions,thus affecting the efficiency of students' geographic information acquisition and analysis.Therefore,this study takes Suzhou geography classroom as an example to conduct a diagnostic study on the application of teaching media to promote the development of students' geographic information literacy,find out the current problems in the geographic class in cultivating students' geographic information literacy,and according to the existing problems,propose ways to promote the development of students 'geographic information literacy.Teaching media uses optimization strategies.This study mainly used the literature analysis method,expert consultation method and classroom observation method.The research process is mainly as follows:First,the research background and research significance are proposed,and the research direction,goal and content of this article are determined by combing the research on information literacy connotation,geographic information literacy and teaching media at home and abroad;second,the definition After understanding the core concepts of geographic information literacy,teaching media,and starC teaching media,the theoretical basis of this research is further determined;third,through the elaboration of the purpose,principles,and basis of the construction of the observation scale,a scale evaluation is initially drawn up Indicators,combined with the expert consultation method to modify and improve the observation scale,and finally determined the final evaluation scale of this study.Fourth,conduct classroom observations based on the evaluation scale,and analyze the evaluation results in combination with the records of classroom observations,and find the problems existing in the development of students' geographic information literacy in the use of starC teaching media.Fifth,aiming at problems,put forward strategies to optimize the use of teaching media to promote the development of students' geographic information literacy.Finally,some shortcomings and prospects of this study are presented.Through classroom observation,it is found that in promoting the development of students' geographic information literacy,the use of teacher teaching media mainly has the following five problems:first,the selection of resources is not close enough to the students'lives,and the students' perception of geographic information is not strong;second,they are not sufficient Give full play to the unique advantages of the dual-board display function for geographic information;third,ignore the processing effect of teaching gadgets on geographic information;fourth,the lack of online search,closed access to geographic information;fifth,geographic information for students in classroom interaction The expression and communication are not paid enough attention.Based on the research on geographic information literacy and starC teaching media,combined with the problems found in classroom observations,six optimization strategies are proposed:first,to enhance the liveliness of teaching resources and improve students'perception of geographic information;In-depth understanding of the double-board display,giving full play to its unique advantages in geographic information presentation;third,the importance of teaching tools on the processing of geographic information;fourth,the focus on online search function,building an open geographic classroom;fifth,improving classroom interaction,Emphasis on geographical expression and communication;sixth,improve starC teaching media hardware facilities and strengthen teacher training.The main conclusions of the thesis are:(1)It is found that geography teachers have problems in the cultivation of students' geographic information literacy in the process of using starC teaching media;(2)The optimization strategy of teaching media application that promotes the development of students' geographic information literacy is proposed.The innovation of the thesis is that this research uses the literature research method and the expert consultation method to construct the teaching media that promotes the development of students' geographic information literacy.The observation scale is used.The use of teaching media to promote the development of students' geographic information literacy is more targeted and operable.
