Research On Cultivating Efficiency Of New Professional Farmer In Jiaozuo City

Agricultural modernization is the most critical content in our country's agricultural development at present,and new professional farmers are indispensable human resources in our country's agricultural modernization construction.However,with the continuous development of urbanization and industrialization,a large number of rural labor force gradually flooded into the city,resulting in a great change in the rural labor structure.In this context,the central government proposed to focus on the cultivation of new professional farmers.Jiaozuo is located in Henan province,a major grain-producing province.Its agricultural modernization has been among the fastest in the country,and the demand for new professional farmers is increasing.In recent years,Jiaozuo is committed to the development of agricultural modernization and actively responds to the call of the central committee of the communist party of China.Based on relevant researches and theories,this paper combines with the cultivation status of new professional farmers in Jiaozuo to understand the current situation of the cultivation of new professional farmers,establish the evaluation index system of cultivation efficiency,evaluate the cultivation efficiency by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,and draw a conclusion.This paper mainly starts from five aspects,according to the relevant research foundation at the present stage,uses the Human Capital Theory,Lifelong Education Theory and other theories,uses AHP and FCE model combined with YAAHP software to conduct quantitative research,and obtains the cultivation efficiency of new professional farmers in Jiaozuo.According to the research,it is concluded that Jiaozuo's new professional farmers cultivate efficiency for general at present,based on the empirical conclusion that Jiaozuo's new professional farmers cultivating cultivation objects exist in low degree of education,and the breed will is not strong,the content and cultivate the teachers as well as cultivating mode set unreasonable,government supervision does not reach the designated position,insufficient funding and other issues.Therefore according to the conclusion that the cultivation objects,from three aspects of cultivating system and government departments,put forward to strengthen the rural basic education,scientific selection cultivation object,establish the cultivation idea,improve the training content,optimizing cultivating teachers,foster innovation,strengthen the government supervision,intensify propaganda and attaches great importance to the investment security measures to improve the efficiency of breeding.
