Research On Cultivation Of New Professional Farmers In Yangling Z Park

Supporting and guiding the healthy and vigorous development of specialized farmer cooperatives,improving the degree of agricultural organization and accelerating the cultivation of new professional farmers and building a team of high-quality modern agricultural operators are two key tasks of the current work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".As an important part of the cultivation system of new professional farmers,agricultural entrepreneurship and Innovation Park is an important organizational carrier and effective platform for the cultivation of new professional farmers.As the pilot area of agricultural entrepreneurship and innovation park,Yangling Z Park has carried out fruitful cultivation work of new professional farmers under the support of modern management philosophy and high-tech.However,while making achievements,it also faces some problems in the cultivation process of new professional farmers.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to dig out the pain points and difficulties encountered in the cultivation process of new professional farmers in Yangling Z Park and put forward optimization suggestions for the overall improvement of Yangling agricultural and rural entrepreneurship base,play the cultivation function of the base,improve the cultivation effect of new professional farmers,and promote the sustainable development of the base.On the basis of combing the relevant literature at home and abroad and combining the actual situation of China’s agricultural development,this paper first defines the difference between traditional farmers,professional farmers and new professional farmers.On this basis,it analyzes and discusses the correlation between cultivation and training and the concept of entrepreneurship and innovation park.On this basis,the development status of yangling Demonstration area professional farmer cultivation base was analyzed,and the development and construction situation,development concept and development environment of Yangling Z Garden were discussed.Through questionnaire design and questionnaire survey,this paper explores the participation training experience,training recognition,training effect,influencing factors of farmer training and training information acquisition of the new professional farmers cultivated in Yangling Z Garden,and further analyzes the main problems and causes of the cultivation of new professional farmers in Yangling Z Garden.Specifically,it can be summarized as unclear management departments,serious shortage of funds,farmers’ weak sense of cooperation,lack of government guarantee measures,etc Furthermore,it summarizes the practice and experience of the development of agricultural entrepreneurship and innovation parks in China,such as Nanjing Agricultural Demonstration Park,Weifang Agricultural Demonstration Park,Yibin Agricultural science and technology Park.Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward relevant optimization strategies to improve the cultivation effect of new professional farmers in Yangling Z Garden,such as establishing cultivation certification standards,innovating cultivation forms,strengthening talent team construction,improving cultivation contents,and improving propaganda efforts of the park.
