Children's evaluation on peer's paintings is the process of judging the value of their peers' paintings as the subject of evaluation,which shows important value to the aesthetic development of children.Moreover,the development of children's aesthetic evaluation ability can comprehensively reflect the development level of children's aesthetic ability,which is an important index of children's aesthetic psychological development.Therefore,this study usesinterview method,observation method and other research methods,taking children of senior class in kindergarten as the subject of evaluation and peer's paintings in art activities as the evaluation object,trying to further understand the performance of children's evaluation on peer's painting works,explore the characteristics of children's evaluation,pursue the factors affecting children's evaluation,and put forward the educational recommendations to promote children's aesthetic evaluation ability.This study focuses on senior-class children's evaluation on the content,standard and type of peer's paintings,and analyzes the specific performance of the evaluation in detail.The study found that children's evaluation of peer painting works is diverse,including the content of paintings,form of paintings and skills of paintings;the criteria of evaluation are multidimensional,including internal and external standards;the types of evaluation are diverse,according to the way of evaluation can be divided into spontaneous evaluation and non-spontaneous evaluation,according to the evaluation expression can be divided into verbal evaluation and non-verbal evaluation,according to the nature of evaluation can be divided into positive evaluation and negative evaluation,according to the depth of evaluation can be divided into expository evaluation,concrete evaluation and general evaluation.Further exploring the performance of children's evaluation of peer's paintings,it is found that children's evaluation on peer's paintings has the following characteristics:children's evaluation on peer's paintings is a process of intuitive response,Children's evaluation on peer's paintings is a non-artistic aesthetic evaluation,Children's evaluation on peer's paintings has individual tendency,and Children's evaluation on peer's paintings is unstable.In pursuit of the factors that influence children's evaluation of their peers' paintings,researchers found that children's evaluation is influenced by both their own development and the external environment.Therefore,this study analyzes the internal and external factors that affect the evaluation of young children,in which the internal factors mainly include the level of aesthetic psychological development,spontaneous interest and language expression ability of young children,and the external factors mainly include"meaning others" and kindergarten art education activities.Based on the above conclusions,the researchers put forward from the perspective of preschool teachers:to give children the opportunity to evaluate painting works,to help children accumulate aesthetic evaluation experience;to respect children's evaluation of paintings,to encourage children to express aesthetic experience boldly;to do a good job of children and works dialogue intermediary,improve children's aesthetic evaluation ability,in order to provide a certain reference for preschool teachers to promote the development of children's aesthetic evaluation ability.
