With the rapid development of economy science and technology,the increasingly serious global ecological crisis has also forced people to begin to reflect on the relationship between man and nature,man and society,and man and man,and mankind is entering a new era of ecological civilization.Constructing ecological civilization on a global scale,and cultivating citizens with ecological literacy are the fundamental ways to solve the ecological crisis.In recent years,China has attached great importance to the construction of ecological civilization and has achieved a series of experiences and results.In the new period of the construction of ecological civilization,new requirements have been put on education and teachers.Cultivating and improving citizens' ecological literacy is the inherent requirement and fundamental guarantee of the development of social civilization.The cultivation of ecological literacy should start from the baby.Primary school teachers,as the guides of modern citizens and future citizens,their ecological literacy is directly related to the quality of education and the quality of future talent training.Therefore,it is particularly prominent and important to strengthen the attention and research on teachers' ecological literacy.Based on the analysis of the relevant literature at home and abroad,this study first discusses the connotation and composition of teachers' ecological literacy.Teachers'ecological literacy is a comprehensive accomplishment of building and spreading ecological civilization that teachers possess through various effective education methods,favorable environment edification and practical exercises.It includes four aspects:ecological knowledge,ecological attitude and values,ecological key ability and ecological behavior.Each aspect involves two dimensions:ecological basic literacy and ecological education literacy.Secondly,the current situation of ecological literacy of primary school teachers was investigated.Taking the four aspects of the basic composition of teachers' ecological literacy as the main dimension and combining with relevant research,the survey questionnaire and interview outline are designed and the survey is carried out.Through the survey,it is found that the ecological literacy of primary school teachers has basically done well,but there are also problems such as the imbalance of structure level,the lack of specialization and comprehensiveness of ecological knowledge,the shallowness of ecological attitude and values,the lack of ecological education ability,the lack of participation in social and natural practice and so on.Thirdly,through the analysis of data results,this paper expounds the existing problems of primary school teachers' ecological literacy,and analyzes the reasons that affect teachers' ecological literacy from four aspects:society,government,system and training,individual.Finally,according to the existing problems,causes and the actual situation,it is suggested that we can cultivate and improve teachers' ecology through the efforts of renewing the education concept,improving the system construction,carrying out the ecological education in normal colleges,strengthening the on-the-job training of teachers' ecological literacy,establishing and improving the ecological growth platform for teachers,and strengthening the teachers' lifelong learning concept and ability of ecological literacy Accomplishment.
