Research On The Current Situation Of Taizhou Senior School Extracurricular Basketball Training

This study has focused on the current situation of extracurricular basketball training in the each of cities,counties and districts of Taizhou city,sixteen coaches and 130 students(male)and 130 parents from eight randomly selected high schools were investigated.This paper mainly adopts the methods of expert interview and questionnaire survey to study the coaches,student athletes,parents and the factors that influence the extracurricular basketball training.The purpose of this paper is to explore the successful experience of extracurricular basketball training for senior school students in taizhou city,and to further explore the existing problems in the development and put forward targeted Suggestions,so as to provide reference for the sustainable and healthy development of taizhou basketball.Conclusions:(1)The extracurricular basketball training level of senior school students in Taizhou is relatively high,especially in the traditional basketball project schools,in addition,the basketball level of other schools is ordinary.(2)The training content formulated by the coach is reasonable,but the training plan should be considered comprehensively in the short,medium and long term.(3)The coach adopts the scientific method of selecting materials,but the contradiction of students' learning and training is more prominent.(4)Coaches who insist on training all the year round have a reasonable age structure and education background,but their scientific research ability is weak,and they receive less professional training and continuing education.(5)Relevant leaders of the municipal department attach great importance to basketball training,but some school leaders do not pay enough attention to it and the school lacks corresponding incentive mechanism.(6)Athletes' parents are supportive of their children's training,but worry that it will affect their children's learning.(7)The senior schools in Taizhou which carry out extracurricular basketball training have good sports facilities and human resources.Suggestions:(1)Expanding the population base to participate in extracurricular basketball training,focusing on to the construction of the basketball echelon of primary schools,junior high schools and senior high schools,and form a "one-stop" training network model.(2)Making short-term training plan under the guidance of medium and long-term training plan.Attention should be paid to the school year training plan so that it can serve as a link between the preceding and the following.Coaches should make training contents according to the competitions and the state of athletes.(3)Working with teachers,parents and the educational administration department to propose solutions to the "contradiction between learning and training".(4)Leaders of relevant departments should pay attention to the cultivation of coaches' comprehensive ability,encourage them to continue their study,and invite famous coaches from home and abroad to share their experience.(5)School leaders should respond to the call of the superior,attach importance to the development of basketball training,affirm the coach's efforts and establish a perfect reward mechanism.(6)Coaches and teachers of science and technology should do a good job in the ideological work of parents,pay attention to the growth of students,eliminate parents'worries,so as to promote the comprehensive development of students.
