| The great public is the basis of the non-profit organizations (NPO) and one of the most important offers of money resources and volunteer resources. During the development of the non-profit organizations, the great benefits and influence the NPOs bring in have been largely acknowledged. However, in China, the reality is that discontent of the public appears due to the management malfunction and the system flaw of the NPOs. Many scholars in the academia have realized the great value of trust, for example, Fukuyama; Yefu Zheng etc. have noticed trust is one of the most important factors in social unity and in group success. In order to solve this problem, through the analysis of the extensive literature on trust of many scholars, this thesis tries to advance the trust level to the NPOs from the public.During the study over the this thesis, in terms of personal trust and group trust, through the method of literature analysis, this thesis comes to this conclusion: the factors which influence the trust are ability, way of thinking, personal property, personal character, cultural moral factors, experience and living standard. Then in terms of the classification of the trust, which is personal trust and group trust, the thesis construct four models of trust, which can be applied to specific situation. Then through the analysis of the relationship between the public and the group, the thesis decides that this relationship is adapted to the fourth model. In the end, the thesis come to this conclusion: the better experience of the intercourse the public gets, the easily the public trust the NPOs; the higher level of living standard of the public, the higher the trust the public gives to the NPOs; the higher the ability of the NPOs, the higher the trust the public gives to the NPOs; the better the system design of the NPOs, the higher the trust the public gives to the NPOs; the social cultural and moral factors are attached little importance to. In the end, according to the conclusion above, the thesis gives out the suggestion in order to improve the trust level of the public to the NPOs. |
