It has been two years since the Ordinary High School Geography Curriculum Standard proposed the geography key competences.However,system empirical research on goal design of geography teaching is rare.This paper devote to promote the improvement of geography key competences geography key competences theory system and enrich the theory of the goal design of geography teaching.Then cultivate high-quality talents and realize educational value.This paper start with the relationship between the goal design of geography teaching and geography key competences.Then structure the index system to solve the problem that too subjectivity and unilateral when record the goal design of geography teaching.Take geography key competences as record object of the goal design of geography teaching to empirical research.Research result find four main problems.First target development is impeded and the form is difficultto translate.Second the cover of geography key competences is not comprehensive and the tendency of several dimensionality is obvious.Third the level of geographical key competences is low and most of goal ignore the difference of students.Fourth the maneuverability of competences is low so the competences are difficult to realize.Then analyze the causes of the four problems.Last according to the problems put forward three strategies.Make the preparations in advance and improve the ability of training key competences.Optimize the design of the goal of teaching and improve the effect of key competences.Systematic examine the goal of teaching and reflect the use of key competences.This article is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction.This part discusses the topics of origin,the research significance,research status at home and abroad,research objectives and content,research methods and routes.The second part is related concepts and theoretical basis.This part defined the concept of geographical key competences and goal design of geography teaching.The theoretical basis of this paper is constructivism theory,multi-element intellectual theory,humanistic theory,principles of instructional design and geography teaching theory.The third part is the construction of the goal design of geography teaching based on key competences record scale.First analyze the relationship between geographical key competences and goal design of geography teaching in the literature review.And distinct what the geographical key competences ought to be in the goal design of geography teaching.Then illuminate the value,the principle and basis of scale's building.And then confirm the observation indicators and explain the indicators.Last form the record scale.The forth part is the empirical research of the goal design of geography teaching based on geographical key competences.First choose the object of the empirical research and confirm the flow of research.Then present research results and analyze data to find the gap between the reality state and ought to be state.Last summarize the problem and analyze the reasons.The fifth part is the strategies of the goal design of geography teaching based on geographical key competences.Present the strategies according to the ordering of the goal design of teaching.Then realize the implement of geographical key competences in the goal design of geography teaching.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect.This part summarize the basic conclusion,analyze the innovation and deficiency,as well look into the future of the research.
