The 21st century is the era of knowledge-driven economy,and new requirements are proposed for education concepts,the role and positioning of teachers and talent cultivation in the new era.Since 2000,China has set off a wave in basic education reform,and the classroom reform is a great,profound and vivid education practice.Education is a career directly face the life,thus,it inevitably should improve the life value of people,and facilitate people's life to get sustainable and comprehensive development.Thinking from this perspective,I proposed to define the classroom into the "life development site"of people,classroom is the main front for education and teaching,learning by students is the foothold of teaching,the teachers should transfer their roles-transferring from"controller" to "facilitator",and promote development of students to the maximum.Besides,the rights and freedom should be returned to students,the classroom is supposed to a place to enable every life(including teachers and students)to obtain self-verification,development of intelligence and continuous transcendence and sublimation of personality.As a result,a modern learning method corresponding to traditional passive acceptance method is generated-self-learning.The establishment of minority boarding school brings new light for the education in minority areas.However,there are still many problems in the process of promoting construction of minority boarding school.The minority boarding school is laggard in conditions for running school and insufficient in teachers,which results in laggard education received by students,therefore,students also seem to be powerless in the self-learning ability.From the current status of minority boarding school,taking the subject of middle school chemistry as an example and self-learning as the starting point,this paper investigated the current status of students' self-learning ability and analyzed the affect factors by questionnaires preparation and interview.In the aspect of self-learning,the students are mainly affected by teaching strategy,learning motivation,learning contents and other aspects.According to the analysis result,the students' autonomous ability in the aspect of teaching strategy is under low level.Thus,effective classroom teaching strategy of "learning before teaching,collaboration and inquiry" in accordance with the school's actual conditions shall be proposed,so as to cultivate good self-learning habit of students,and improve self-learning ability.Besides,the classroom teaching mode taking"learning to learn" of students as the core optimized the teaching process,and improved teaching and learning efficiency.This paper proposed effective teaching strategy and conducted classroom teaching strategy implementation inspection for this strategy.Through implementation of teaching practice,the problems and insufficiencies existing in effective classroom teaching mode of "learning before teaching,collaboration and inquiry" shall be sought out,to further promote the application in classroom teaching,and it has certain reference value and general applicability for the education and teaching in minority areas.
