The government has made many efforts to achieve the goal of "fair and quality"education.However,the difficulty of introducing rural teachers and the inability to retain them have always hampered the development of rural education.With the rapid development of information technology,the government has proposed a new type of education service model of "Internet+Education",which provides realistic support for the application of educational information technology to make up for the imbalance between urban and rural education.County C in province H has adopted the online teaching method of dedicated classrooms according to the actual situation of the rural teaching points in the county,to a certain extent,solving the practical problems of uneven teaching points,bad music and art courses.However,because the dedicated class is a product of education informationization,it is a teacher-student separation classroom that teaches through live network transmission.The lecturer is in a virtual state and needs to teach students from one to three teaching points at the same time,proficiently operate information equipment to ensure the orderly conduct of the classroom,and the teaching process is more complicated than the traditional classroom.How to ensure the teaching effect of the course and enable students to get more appropriate art education,which is difficult to complete only by the lecturer.In the face of this problem,the author focuses her research on the teaching collaboration between the lecturer and the paraprofessional teacher,and adopts the literature research method,observation method,questionnaire survey method,and interview method.A follow-up survey was conducted on the six teaching points surveyed in 2018,in order to understand and confirm the implementation,teaching effect,interaction and collaborative teaching of the dedicated classroom.At the same time,questionnaire surveys and interviews were conducted with 12 lecturers in the central school and 22 paraprofessional teachers at 6 teaching sites.Make a comparative analysis of the survey results of students and teachers,and conduct an in-depth study on the issues related to teacher collaborative teaching,in order to explore whether collaborative teaching is required,what is the status of collaborative teaching,what are the problems,and provide useful suggestions.This article is divided into six parts:The first part,introduction.Introduces the problem of this article,the purpose and significance of the research,the definition of the core concepts,the research content and methods.The literature research method is used to sort out the research status of teacher collaborative teaching at home and abroad and teacher collaborative teaching in the classroom,and the complexity theory and collaboration theory are used as the theoretical basis.The second part theoretically analyzes the mode of "two teacher" collaborative teaching between the lecturer and the paraprofessional teacher in the dedicated class.First,analyze the teaching functions and tasks of teachers in traditional classrooms to understand what teaching tasks traditional teachers need to undertake.Secondly,it focuses on the division of functions in the "two teachers" lesson preparation,class and after-class teaching and auxiliary links in the dedicated class,laying a theoretical foundation for the teaching tasks that the main and auxiliary teachers in the dedicated class should undertake.The third part mainly analyzes the data and cases obtained from the field investigation to analyze the current situation of the "two teachers" collaborative teaching in the dedicated class of C county in H province.First,the survey design is explained,and the student questionnaire is designed in combination with the evaluation index of teaching effect.Secondly,the teacher questionnaire is designed corresponding to the student questionnaire,and the collaboration between the two teachers is the focus of the teacher questionnaire design.Finally,through comparative analysis to understand the implementation of the dedicated class,teaching effects,interaction and collaboration.The fourth part focuses on the analysis of the problems and causes of the "two teachers" collaborative teaching in the C county' s dedicated class.In the fifth and sixth parts,it puts forward suggestions for further perfecting the"two teachers" collaborative teaching in dedicated classes,and forms a basic research conclusion.
