The class is a small society,is the elementary school stage school carries on the education and the management to the student the basic unit.Scientific class management mode is of great value and significance for promoting the overall development of primary school students.As a long-term in the countryside elementary school senior teacher of the teacher in charge,the author found in rural areas,the primary school class management workers,more urban teachers taking more students basic habits,the respect such as the formation of a good personal consciousness of education and the management tasks,and the elementary school higher grades students are in a critical period of transition from childhood to adolescence,has its own distinctive characteristics of body and mind.Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance for us to explore the class management of senior grade in rural primary schools.This paper mainly adopts the research methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,observation and interview,and takes D rural primary school in Qingzhou city,Shandong province as an example to study the current situation and problems of senior class management in D rural primary school.It is found that the problems of class management mainly exist in the ways and methods of class management,the relationship between teachers and students,the students' autonomous management ability and the class team building.The study further points out that the causes of the problem mainly lie in schools,teachers,students and families etc.In terms of teachers,the head teacher's management ideas and methods are outdated and the work pressure is great.Students' self-management ability is poor and their overall quality is uneven.Parents have traditional thoughts,only pay attention to achievement,ignore the law of physical and mental development of students,rural adverse environmental impact and the neglect of higher education authorities.In view of the causes of the problems,this study puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions for improvement: schools should improve the class management mechanism,reduce the burden of teachers,strengthenhome-school cooperation,and enrich the life of teachers and students;Teachers should update the class management concept and improve the class management professional knowledge.Students should enhance their self-management ability and quality;Parents should cooperate with the school and actively participate in student management.The superior competent department should optimize the surrounding environment of rural schools,improve the rural teachers,optimize the rural education and teaching resources,and improve the pay of head teachers.Through this research,the author has a further grasp of the current situation and problems of senior class management in rural primary schools.And this class proposed for the rural primary school senior class management improvement countermeasures,I believe that to achieve the rural primary school senior class management and education development with high efficiency and high quality will have a certain role in promoting.
