As a special group of rural teachers,special post teachers have greatly alleviated the shortage of rural teachers and improved the structure of rural teachers.But the teachers there are many problems in the individual professional development such as:occupation recognition is not high,the lack of professional knowledge,teaching organization and management ability,professional development,lack of autonomy,which directly affects the students' learning experience,is not conducive to the growth and development of students.Now based on the "rural teachers plan" to support rural teachers opportunities and challenges,it is necessary to pay attention to this special group to examine special post teachers concern their survival status and the urgent demand,to break the bottleneck of teachers professional development,so that their professional level has been further improved.In this paper,four primary school teachers in Ningxia autonomous region and Xingqing District Lingwu City as the research object.By starting from the essence of the professional development of teachers,to "professional standards of primary school teachers(Trial)" as a research tool,from the three dimensions of professional philosophy and ethics,professional knowledge,professional ability,practical investigation on the development of professional teachers in six primary school,points out that the reason for the above problems:First,A special post teacher program access conditions relaxed.Second,Special post teacher professional development of the living environment is not good.Third,Special post teacher professional development activity is not high.Fourth,Special post teacher career planning is not clear and lack of self-awareness.Finally,according to the actual situation of the professional development of primary school teachers in Ningxia ecological migrants District Development Dilemma and the urgent need to further improve the policy system,and improve the ecological environment,teachers professional development activities;improve the professional development of teachers in special post performance;improve teachers self professional development consciousness and ability and their occupation role that some useful advice for the development of professional teachers in Ningxia primary school ecological migrants district.
