| Since Freuberger proposed "job burnout" concept in 1973,burnout research has become a hot topic in the field of psychology.More and more scholars at home and abroad pay attention to the study of learning burnout,the research object has changed from college students to junior students.For the special group of secondary vocational students,learning burnout has become the top priority of Vocational Schools.It not only hinders the development of school education,but also has a negative impact on the development of secondary vocational students.Learning burnout is a kind of negative phenomenon,it causes students to avoid and get tired of school courses,not interested in learning,alienate their friends and classmates.The purpose of this study was to discuss the relationship between parental rearing patter,larning burnout and self-control of secondary vocational school students,and the mediating effect of self-control on parental rearing patter and learning burnout,to improve the self-control ability of vocational school students and reduced their level of learning burnout through group counseling.In this study,314 secondary vocational students in Hengyang City,Hunan Province were choose to be study objects.Data was collected by EMBU、ASBI and SCS,analyzed by SPSS.The following are the conclusions:(1)There was a significant negative correlation between parents' emotional warmth and learning burnout;(2)There was a significant negative correlation between self-control and learning burnout of secondary vocational school students;(3)The self-control of secondary vocational school students played a part of intermediary role between parental rearing patter and learning burnout;(4)Group counseling improved the self-control ability of vocational school students and reduced their level of learning burnout. |
