At present,our country is developing vocational education,aiming to cultivate more high-tech talents,but the current maladjustment of vocational students has seriously affected the quality of secondary vocational education.Based on the ecosystem theory,this research examines the relationship between the near-end factors,namely the parental control and school adaptation of secondary vocational students,and conducts intervention training through parental activity training and peer mutual assistance.Finally,based on the research results,targeted suggestions and practical approaches are proposed.The thesis includes two studies.The first study explores the relationship between parental control and school adaptation of secondary vocational students with the parental control questionnaire and school adaptation questionnaire on 547 secondary vocational students.The second study investigates whether changes in parental control will significantly improve the school adaptation of secondary vocational students base on parental activity training.Data was used for descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,t-test,analysis of variance and regression analysis with SPSS.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)The school adaptation questionnaire and the parental control questionnaire have good reliability and validity.They can be used as a survey tool for school adaptation and parental control of secondary vocational students.(2)The school adaptation of secondary vocational students is generally at a good level,and the problem of learning adaptation is relatively prominent.There are significant differences in the school adaptation of secondary vocational students in gender,grade,whether or not they are only children,and self-conscious achievement.(3)The psychological control level of the parents of secondary vocational school students is at a low level,and the behavioral control is at a medium level.There are no significant differences in parental control in gender,parental education and different supporters.(4)There is a significant correlation between the parental control and school adaptation in general and on the various dimensions.Parental psychological control has a negative predictive effect on the school adaptation in general and on the various dimensions,while parental behavior control has a positive predictive effect on the school adaptation in general and on the various dimensions.(5)Parental activity training can significantly improve the school adaptation of secondary vocational students.At the same time,compared with peer mutual assistance activities,parental activity training can better reduce the level of psychological control of the parents of secondary vocational students,thereby improving school adaptation.In short,the research reveals the relationship between parental control and school adaptation of secondary vocational students,and also explores the positive effect of parental activity training on school adaptation of secondary vocational students.The research findings enrich the theories related to school adaptation,and provide important references and basis for school adaptation interventions for secondary vocational students.
