College teachers are the core force of the development of higher education,which is of great value to the improvement of the overall level of talents in China.It is the fundamental guarantee for promoting the connotative development of China's higher education and improving the quality of China's higher education to build a team of teachers with exquisite business,full of vitality,noble ethics and reasonable structure.However,due to the influence of multiple factors,there is a phenomenon of abnormal loss of teachers in many universities in China,which will have a very serious negative impact on the construction of the whole university faculty and the cultivation of talents.Based on this background,this paper chooses H University as an example to analyze the current situation and reasons of the loss of teachers,and on this basis puts forward the corresponding solutions.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation of full-time teachers in H university and Heilongjiang Province from the aspects of teachers' gender structure,educational background structure,professional title structure and teachers' reduction.Then,taking H University as an example,this paper makes a questionnaire survey and interview analysis on the loss of teachers.Thirdly,from the government,society,school,personal four dimensions of H University teacher turnover analysis.At last,it explains the particularity of Heilongjiang Province in detail and puts forward solutions for H university.Suggestions are given for social government,schools and teachers themselves.This paper not only analyzes the current situation of full-time college teachers in Heilongjiang Province from the aspect of "face",but also discusses the loss of H University Teachers from the aspect of "point".Through the combination of "point" and "face",It systematically analyzes the causes of the loss of university teachers in H university and gives some feasible suggestions,aiming to effectively solve the problem of the loss of university teachers in H university.
