Nowadays, with the development and improvement of reform occurred in the socialist market economy system in China, talent turnover has become a theme in the development of human resources under the current background. Teachers, as well as other tallent groups, have been merged into the tendency. The phenomenon of teacher turnover has been prevailing increasingly. However, since the survival status of teachers in the kindergarten is not in a state of satisfaction, the high frequency of teacher turnover basically influents, even hinders the healthy and sustainable development of prechool education. Therefore, paying attention to teacher turnover has been of pratical significance. This paper, taking teacher turnover in the kindergarten in Wuhan as the object of this research, and taking investigation for basic research methods, makes a profound analysis of the present state of the teacher turover and thoroughly discusses the status and problems, contributing factors and consequanse as a result of teacher turove, with the adoption of ecosystem and ecological balance of ecology theory as theoretical tools,in order to aim the creation of ecological environment for reasonable teacher turnover in the kindergarten.This study's results show that there is a high frequency of teacher turover in the kindergarten. Among those teachers, most of them are one-way turover in direction. Most teachers are young adults. The phenomenon of recessive drain exist on high degree teacher. A large part of these teacher have low professional title. Teacher turnover in the kindergarten is mostly a kind of individual behavior. This study analyzes the cause of teacher turnover in the kindergarten though macrosystem, mesosystem and microsystem of teacher. It finds that the factors which affect teacher turnover are individual factors of teacher, familial enviroment, kindergarten enviroment and social enviroment. Not only the environment affect teacher turnover, but also teacher turnover should be made positive or negative effect on other individual or environment, such as teacher, children, kindergarten and society.Finally, according to the view of ecological banlance, the auther put forward an argument to establish the ecological environment of reasonable techer turnover in the kindergarten so as to promote the development of preschool education. For one thing, the auther propose to optimize the social envionment of teacher turover. The government should constitute educational policy which makes teacher turnover in a reasonable way, practice the policy of "equal pay for equal work", improve financial support of prechool education, establish and consummate social security system. For another, the auther put forward to perfect the ecological environment in the kindergarten so as to remain relative stability of teaching staff. Kindergarten should increase teacher's wages, enhanse the training of the special skill of teacher, strengthen teachers'professional autonomy. Thirdly, the auther point out that social sector should construct ecological environment of harmonious development of teacher turnover in the kindergarten. Kindergarten and family should construct supportive environment of survival and development of teacher in the kindergarten. Social sector should pay attention to teacher turnover in the kindergarten though the guidance of academic circles and media.
