Research On The Management Quality Assurance System Of Public Sports Venues In Wuhan

With the continuous improvement of the openness of public stadiums and gymnasiums in China,the operation projects of public stadiums and gymnasiums are gradually increasing,the service orientation is gradually expanding and the number of stakeholders are gradually increasing,which brings new opportunities for the development of public stadiums and gymnasiums,and also makes the management of public stadiums and gymnasiums face unprecedented challenges.In the information age,the effect of management is gradually amplified,and the quality of management of public sports venues will have a profound impact on the sustainable development of venues.And the management quality assurance system of the public sports venues can guarantee the steady and rapid development of management quality of the public sports venues.In view of this,the thesis adopts the methods of literature,investigation and system analysis,based on the theory of system science and stakeholder,taking the management quality assurance system of public sports venues in Wuhan as the research object,through combing the current situation of management quality assurance of public sports venues in Wuhan to understand the weak spots of management quality assurance of public sports venues in Wuhan and the actual situation of construction of management quality assurance system of public sports venues,analyzing the relevant subjects and functions of management quality assurance system of public sports venues,defining the principles for the construction of management quality assurance system of public sports venues,discussing the formulate process of management quality assurance method of public sports venues,And start with the perspective of audit and evaluation,exploring the overall framework of management quality assurance system of the public sports venues.And the following conclusions can be drawn out:Firstly,there are a series of problems in the management quality assurance of public stadiums and gymnasiums in Wuhan,such as the management positioning is not accurate,the guarantee content is not complete,the management system is not perfect,the resource allocation is not reasonable,the evaluation personnel is not comprehensive and the feedback improvement link is weak,the quality of venue management has not been effectively guaranteed.Secondly,according to the requirements of audit and evaluation in goal setting,resource input,effect attainment and stakeholder satisfaction,combining with the characteristics of management of public sports venues and expert opinions,and based on system theory,the framework of management quality assurance system of public sports venues is summarized,including target guarantee system,culture guarantee system,input guarantee system,process guarantee system and feedback improvement guarantee system.These five subsystems complement,restrict and influence each other,and constitute a complete system of management quality assurance of public sports venues.Finally,it is suggested that:First,the government and the sports administrative department should actively promote the construction and improvement of the management quality assurance system of public sports venues,and provide a good external environment and motivation for the construction of the management quality assurance system of public sports venues.Second,Leaders or managers of public sports venues should gradually transform the external driving force into internal driving force in the process of building the management quality assurance system of public sports venues,and build a management quality assurance system that meets the actual needs of venues.Scientific design of guarantee method,effective implement the process of management quality assurance of venues,reasonable analysis of guarantee effect so as to ensure the realization of management quality objectives of public sports venues.Third,In the case of limited management resources of public stadiums and gymnasiums,the key points of management quality assurance of venues should be determined based on the actual situation of stadiums and gymnasiums,relevant factors which affecting the management quality of venues should be analyzed,and the importance of these factors should be evaluated,so as to distinguish priorities and improve the effectiveness of output of management resources of venues.In addition,the construction of management quality assurance system of public sports venues is not a matter of a day,it needs to be improved step by step.
