A Study On Educational Quality Assurance System Of MAE

According to the method of comparative study, this thesis compared the education of master's degree on Master of Agro-extend(MAE) with the agriculture master of corresponding subjects, from the researches on the aim and mode of cultivation, the standard of degree granting, and the link degree with professional qualification. Our researches indicate that,, the education of master degree on MAE is not only possession the general characteristics of education in degree and graduate student, but also is the particularity of graduate education in professional degree. The students majoring of MAE have a great difference with academically graduate students, analyzed from the cultivation and appraisement indexes about the structure of knowledge, the criterion of capability, etc.This thesis studies the formation of education quality in MAE, and divides the course into three phases: primary quality phase, secondary quality phase and final quality phase. During the three phases, the eleven important taches relating to the formation of quality are mainly analyzed. Based on it, this thesis studies the head factors which greatly affect the formation of education quality in MAE , as well as its big degree, from both aspects of theoretic and demonstration analyses. In our research, we conclude that factors influencing the education quality in MAE are different during the different phases of the development of education in MAE . Now, the primary factor affecting education quality is the quality of student resources, secondly the quality of teaching.From the view of Management, based on the analysis of the management mode of education on MAE , this thesis offer that one perfect and powerful organization guarantee system of whole management education course and quantity should be established, during its initial periods of institution. And the formation of education quality should be entirely managed, supervised and inspected, adopting the method of whole quality management and quality control.In this thesis, based on the universality and particularity of the professional degree education of MAE, we conclude that it is essential and urgent to establish a quality educational quality assurance system of the professional degree of MAE . The quality educational quality assurance system of the professional degree of MAE is divided into two parts: interior quality assurance system and exterior quality assurance system, which cooperate together to complete the task of guaranteeing the quality of the professional degree education of MAE . The interior assurance system is made up of the interior management system, quality supervise system and quality feedback system of cultivate unit; the exterior system is made up of quality supervise system and quality feedback system.
