In the new era,the principal contradiction in Chinese society has changed,and people's material and cultural needs have undergone a historic leap from quantity to quality,and they are characterized by diversification,multilevel and many aspects.With the continuous improvement of people's subject consciousness and the increasingly distinct degree of individuation,the ideological and political education in today's era begins to change from indoctrination education to internalization guidance,and to move forward from simple "transforming people" to "developing people",focusing on cultivating people's subject consciousness,spirit and ability.In the previous ideological and political work in colleges and universities,the teacher-led ideological and political model deviated from the rapid development of the social era,and the classroom gradually extended to the field of daily life.,as the most basic safeguard branch closely contact with the students and the most close to life,ideology and culture of logistics education is classroom education effectively complement,it can synergy value guidance on the one hand,with the mainstream of the education thought and social class consciousness guidance service and management practice,cultivating and render the stability and harmonious campus environment,guides the student to specification in our daily life behavior;On the other hand,it can assist in practical perception,guide students to participate in life and labor practice,form rational experience through practice of perceptual knowledge acquired in class and life,and promote the realization of classroom education function.The research of this topic has strengthened the theoretical understanding and practical analysis of service education in the perspective of ideological and political education.Service is the main form of logistics activities,service education is the most direct form of expression and the most vivid summary of logistics education,rely on service activities set up the two-way interaction between educators and education practice is the main source of education perception and formation of ideological understanding.In practice,as the educated consumer groups and their service demands are increasingly diversified,the service supply of colleges logistics is still facing challenges,which is the most realistic problem that restricts the further development of service education practice.In addition,the socialized education environment increases many unstable factors,which is the main problem facing the deepening of education practice.In the author's opinion,college logistics should change its thinking,based on the current "demand-type" service guarantee mode of supply determined by the market,explore the practice of educating people,give accurate teaching in the process of solving practical problems in a targeted way,and improve the timeliness of ideological and political education.Implement in practical work,is to firmly grasp the education factor in the service and management,to provide quality services,strengthening scientific management,and make good use of the current work-study platform,expand two-way communication practice,through active as in practice,further make up the imbalance of inadequate service supply problem,comprehensively deepen logistics education effect.Based on the above research,the author finally summarizes the specific ways to improve the efficiency of service education from the perspective of college logistics system development and construction:optimizing the system,standardizing management,improving service and expanding practice.
