An Empirical Research On The Present Situation Of University Logistics Service Education

The education function of logistics in colleges and universities, is refers to the management of apartment, catering services, environmental construction, at the same time creating a harmonious environment and influencing students unconsciously, internalizing the right values and good moral quality as inner quality of the college students, cultivate their good behavior habits. The education function of college logistics plays an indispensable role in the higher education, however, with the reform of college logistics socialization, the education function of logistics is neglected, objectively formed the contradiction between economic benefit and social benefit. Therefore, discussing current situation and problems of the education function of logistics in colleges and universities, putting forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, is beneficial to improve the logistics socialization reform in colleges and universities, improving the quality of university logistics service, and provide effective supplement for the college students’ ideological and political education.The paper is based on system theory, ecological theory and ideological and political education environmentalism, clarifies the concrete practice of logistics education in our country, uses empirical survey method, evaluates index data by using SPSS software, summarizes the present situation and problems from four aspects of environmental education, behavior education, character education and students’ cognitive, and puts forward countermeasures to improve the educational function of logistics service.Survey results show that the environmental construction is inconsistent; behavior education is lack of communication; character education neglects spiritual construction; and colleges and universities are "collective unconscious" on the education function of logistic. To solve the problems, logistics departments of colleges and universities should strengthen the consciousness of education function of logistics in colleges and universities; Strengthen the construction of college logistics service system; Enhance the professional quality of the college logistics service; Innovate platform of logistics services in colleges and universities; Deepen reform of the socialization of logistics in colleges and universities.
