"Explore the depth of the integration of modern information technology and education,information leading the education idea and education pattern of innovation",under the background of teachers to adapt itself to the changing times,the need to constantly update their knowledge system,active to learn modern information technology,and to make use of new technologies,new methods,improve the efficiency of grinding lesson,lesson reinforced grinding effect.As an important part of modern information technology,"micro-video" plays a decisive role in the professional development of teachers,the quality of physical education teachers and the improvement of teachers' discipline accomplishment.Based on this,this study conducted a micro video physical education teachers in elementary school,application status and influencing factors of grinding class research mainly through the intervention of micro video to improve teachers lesson grinding efficiency,increasing grinding class interest,rich means of teacher grinding,grinding micro video for physical education teachers in elementary school classes provide theoretical and practical reference for the application.In order to better apply micro video resources elementary school physical education teachers grinding tutorial,comprehensive understanding of the micro video resources at the present stage to the present situation of the application of grinding course in elementary school physical education teachers,this research is to "micro video physical education teachers in elementary school application status and influencing factors of grinding class" as the research object,through purposeful sampling and snowball sampling method,selecting 104 in shandong province "in professional grinding classes of elementary school physical education teachers" as the investigation object.With the method of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,this paper conducted descriptive statistics,single-factor analysis of variance,independent sample T test and exploratory factor analysis on the factors influencing the application of micro video in PE teachers' training class.Research Results:(1)The survey of PE teachers in primary schools participating in grinding class shows that male teachers outnumber female teachers,and the number ratio is nearly 3:1;In the age structure,there are a large number of teachers under 30 years old and between 30 and 40 years old.Teachers at this stage are full of vitality and rich experience.Bachelor's degree is the majority,junior college degree is less,postgraduate degree occupies a certain proportion;The proportion of professional title structure: junior title is greater than intermediate title is greater than associate senior title;In terms of regional structure,due to the need of research,the proportion of teachers in the survey samples located in cities,counties and towns is similar.(2)The survey shows that 66.39% of the teachers "understand" or "generally understand" the application of micro video in the grinding class,and 71.16% of the teachers are "very happy" or "quite happy" in the application of micro video emotion in the grinding class;Micro videos in grinding class are mainly from "peer sharing" and "network micro video resources",and the time of micro videos is mainly concentrated in the two periods of "1-5 minutes" and "5-10minutes".Teachers have a low level of micro-video production,and schools hold fewer microvideo training activities and lack of equipment resources.In the independent grinding class and mutual grinding class,teachers have obvious effects on the use of micro video,and they mainly polish the basic technical movements of the class hours.In terms of the selection criteria of micro video,teachers generally pay more attention to the "content value" of micro video(M=4.16),followed by the "form of expression" of micro video(M=4.13),and finally the "producer and publisher" of micro video(M=3.97).(3)The use frequency of micro video in the grinding class of primary school PE teachers is relatively high,and there are differences in the use frequency of micro video in the grinding class of primary school PE teachers with different genders,ages,educational backgrounds,professional titles and regions(P<0.05).Female teachers use microvideos more frequently than male teachers.The frequency of micro-video usage of teachers with high professional title,low educational background and older age is relatively low.The frequency of PE teachers' use of micro videos in different regions was ranked higher in cities than in counties than in towns.(4)Exploratory factor analysis and principal component analysis were used to extract the factors.After the maximum variance rotation,the eigenvalues of the two common factors were6.329 and 1.527,respectively,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 60.427%.The contribution rate of factor 1 was 48.682%,which was named as "teachers' own factors";the contribution rate of factor 2 was 11.744%,which was named as "school management factors".(5)Through the investigation of this study,it is found that teachers have insufficient understanding and understanding of micro-video in the course of grinding class,and there are skills defects in processing and processing;The lack of micro-video resources in schools and the lack of training activities lead to incomplete and poorly targeted micro-video resources.Research Conclusions:(1)The structure of primary school physical education teachers participating in grinding class is reasonable,their age shows a younger trend,and their educational background develops towards a higher educational level.However,in terms of gender and professional title structure,the proportion of female teachers with middle and senior professional titles should be further increased.(2)Standards for selecting micro videos: teachers will pay more attention to the "content value" and "form of expression" of micro videos in class.(3)There are differences in the use frequency of micro-video in the training class of primary school physical education teachers with different genders,ages,educational backgrounds,professional titles and regions.(4)The factors influencing the application of micro-video in the grinding class of primary school physical education teachers include: "teachers' own factors" and "school management factors".Teacher factors mainly include peer evaluation,professional development,teaching activities and the influence of national policies on teachers themselves.School management factors mainly include school leaders' recognition of micro-video and equipment support.(5)In view of the existing problems,teachers should strengthen the understanding of microvideo,schools should actively carry out micro-video training activities,establish micro-video resource database,improve teachers' micro-video technology,increase the number of available micro-video resources,and enhance the pertinence of micro-video.
