"Decisions of the CPC Central Committee and State Council on deepening the education reform to promote quality education " pointed out that: school education should establish the guiding ideology of "health first",and strengthen the physical work to enable students to master the basic motor skills and develop a good habit of physical exercise.Since the implementation of student health promotion project in Shanghai,the demands for sports learning has also changed,mainly reflected in the diversification of sports function,the form of sports interest,the diversity of sports content and the leading role of physical education teachers.Therefore,the implementation of primary school sports interest,diversification of junior middle school sports curriculum reform is the starting point and destination to respond to this change.This brings more challenges to the school sports workers in this city.Physical education teachers should have the ability to realize the curriculum reform,and must carry out the deep exploration and research on the basic teaching abilities.In this paper,the present situation and influencing factors of primary school physical education teachers 'teaching ability in Jinshan District of Shanghai are studied by means of literature review,expert interview,questionnaires and mathematical statistics.The investigation of primary school PE teachers' gender,educational background,The author investigates and analyzes Jinshan elementary school physical education teachers 'basic ability of teaching,and finds out the existing problems.On this basis,the author investigates and analyzes the influencing factors of Jishan elementary school PE teachers' teaching basic ability.According to the investigation structure,the countermeasures and suggestions are putting forward to improve the basic teaching ability of primary school PE teachers in Jinshan District,and to provide supports for the implementation of primary school physical education interest and to offer the basis for the overall development of PE teachers' teaching basic ability in Jinshan District.Conclusions are as follows:1.Jinshan district elementary school physical education teachers is given priority to with young teachers;Graduated from colleges and universities mainly by Shanghai normal university sports education specialized undergraduate course teacher;Senior titles is focused on the studies and teaching age concentrated in more than tenyears;Physical education teachers structure and education structure more reasonable,but there exists significant difference gender ratio.2.Jinshan district elementary school physical education teachers teaching the basic ability of overall at average levels,according to the score,in turn,cognitive ability for the teaching regulation,teaching ability,teaching ability,teaching design ability.Basic teaching ability and teaching experience,the title were positively correlated.3.Teachers have solid professional knowledge skills,between unit class time and years of cohesion between gradation,after teaching experience and reflection,is good at communicate with the deficiency of the teaching material.Among them,graduated from normal colleges and universities sports education professional teachers perform especially;4.Teachers have strong ability of teaching,organization,sports,timely correct class action.Graduated from normal school of physical education teachers,particularly prominent performance,as a result of the normal school teachers is given priority to with primary school education professional ability is stronger;Have a certain teaching wit,but the ability to deal with emergencies in the process of teaching and the complex knowledge "interest" ability needs to be improved.5.Teachers at present stage has have a certain ability of teaching design,but compared with the requirements of the new curriculum reform ability is still a certain distance,making the class teaching target,teaching difficulties,teaching methods,teaching instruments and lack of effective design default pertinence is not strong.6.Affect the ability of the Shanghai jinshan district elementary school physical education teachers teaching the basic factors,in turn,are: the teaching factors,teacher factors,school factor,student factors,government factors and social factors.
