The high school curriculum reform based on the cultivation of core literacy aims at cultivating students' all-round development of various characters and abilities.The Hands-on Inquiry Based Learning of senior high school's Social Political Education Class starts from the question,through the question design,discussion guide and the comment summary,aims at creating a good classroom atmosphere,trains the student's question consciousness and the innovation spirit,is implements the curriculum reform,the practice teaching theory,the innovation teaching pattern successful exploration.However,in the process of practical investigation,it is found that there are still some problems in "problem design" of inquiry-based teaching under the influence of exam-oriented education,teachers' teaching experience and other factors.Firstly,the designer is single,and students' participation is insufficient;Secondly,the content of the problem is simple and old,lacking the value of inquiry;Thirdly,in the process of exploration,the phenomenon of presupposition question and answer still exists.On the basis of analyzing the problems and causes,this paper studies the path selection of "problem design" in the Hands-on Inquiry Based Learning of senior high school Social Political Education Class from four aspects:concept,principle,system construction and path.First of all,the problem design of inquiry teaching should be guided by the core concept,adhere to the teaching content on the basis of knowledge,the teaching subject on the basis of inquiry community as the carrier,the teaching method on the basis of constructivism,the teaching goal on the cultivation of Core Competencies and Values as the purpose;Secondly,the problem design of inquiry teaching should adhere to the principle of student-oriented subjectivity,the principle of progressive logic and the heuristic principle of unity of presupposition and generation.Thirdly,starting from the concrete examples of senior high school ideological and political courses,the paper further improves the system of problem design of inquiry teaching.and constructs the model of inquiry teaching,the overall idea of "problem design" and the problem evaluation form.Finally,the problem design of high school Social Political Education inquiry-based teaching should insist on the diversification of participants,the joint development of problems between teachers and students,the diversification of topic selection,the enhancement of diversity and exploration of problems,the generation of problem resources,and the formation of"learning" priority problem classes.The deep analysis of the "problem design" in the Hands-on Inquiry Based Learning of senior high school ideological and political courses is of positive significance to enhance the classroom attraction and students'Core literacy in learning.
