In March 2018,the State announced that the Tourism Bureau and the Ministry of Culture would be merged to form the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.The integration of culture and tourism has become the trend of the current tourism industry.Tourism education in secondary vocational schools is the key to serving local tourism development in secondary vocational schools.It is necessary to strengthen the training of students in secondary vocational schools to deal with the professional adaptability in different tourism backgrounds and meet the changing needs of tourists.In the context of comprehensive integration with tourism,the training of tourism talents has been challenged,and vocational colleges urgently need to optimize and adjust the curriculum of the tourism service specialty.This paper first analyzes the policy background,the demand for talents in tourism industry and the need of current curriculum reform.At the same time,it points out the two main choice directions of secondary vocational students when they graduate:employment or higher education,and then analyzes the current situation of domestic and foreign cultural tourism integration industry and secondary vocational school curriculum,tourism service professional curriculum,defines the relevant core concepts,clarifies the research ideas and determines the research methods.From two investigation directions,one is enterprise angle,choose Wuxi L school as an example,analyze the curriculum in the current talent training plan of the school,combine the relevant needs of the enterprise,get the school in the integration of cultural and travel From the perspective of schools,through interviews with tourism teachers of Wuxi L School,the problems existing in the current curriculum are discussed,mainly reflected in four major problems:the lack of close connection between the school curriculum and the development needs of cultural tourism industry,the unreasonable arrangement of school curriculum structure,the lack of diversity of curriculum content "emphasizing theory,neglecting practice" and curriculum evaluation system.In view of the above problems,according to the choice of secondary vocational students to go to school or employment at the time of graduation and the curriculum of vocational schools The basis and principle of setting up,from the point of view of school and enterprise industry to give suggestions:curriculum should be combined with the integration of cultural and travel needs,forward-looking;reasonable allocation of class hours,optimize the curriculum structure;tripartite linkage to achieve win-win results;multi-party coordination,reform the curriculum evaluation system.
