Exploration On The Course Development Of Study Travel Service And Management Practice In Guangxi Industrial Technician College

At present,China’s primary and secondary education,culture and tourism authorities are vigorously promoting the development of research study travel,research study travel has gradually become a new industry growth point.However,with the rapid development of the research and study travel industry,the shortage of professional talents has become a bottleneck restricting its high-quality development.Technical colleges and universities are out of line with the market demand in the training of research travel professionals.In October2019,the Ministry of Education timely added the higher vocational travel Management and Service Major,and made it clear that the secondary vocational major is tourism service and management,and the secondary vocational major is tourism management,tourism management and service education.The purpose of this paper is to industrial technician institute of guangxi tourism under the professional development of the service industry "studies travel services and management practices" course,to cultivate the secondary vocational student’s studies typical jobs travel a line of professional talents,make up for the corresponding post talent gap,expanding the area of secondary vocational school of tourism service class professional students employment,secondary vocational studies travel talent cultivation research theory,for the secondary vocational school of tourism service class specialized curriculum reform provides new train of thought.This paper draws on the research and practical experience at home and abroad,takes the action-oriented curriculum development and middle school theory as the guidance,and adopts literature analysis,investigation and interview,case study and other main research methods.By 20 studies base in guangxi(services)investigation and analysis,get "studies travel project development","research study teaching and management","research study travel services and management" three kinds of typical positions,and their corresponding travel research learning curriculum development,curriculum teaching,student accommodation services and management,and other 16 main task.Obtained the target position of the secondary vocational student research and study travel through the analysis of the suitability of the secondary vocational student research and study travel industry,and extracted the vocational ability of the target position.Based on the tourism service specialty development course of Guangxi Polytechnic Institute,the training ability target of secondary vocational tourism service specialty is compared with the target post ability requirement of secondary vocational student research and study travel.Match the corresponding module content according to the requirementof special ability.This paper narrates the contents of curriculum target,curriculum content design,curriculum implementation plan,curriculum teaching evaluation and so on.In this paper,the main conclusions are three: first,the secondary vocational student’s travel to studies some typical position and the main task is to be able to do,such as in the research study course teaching and management,research learning typical jobs,travel services and management to assist in research study classroom,research studies equipment system using and maintenance,the student accommodation services and management,inquiry learning activities safety management and research base(camp)environmental facilities management and so on 10 counts of secondary vocational students’ main task is to be able to do.Therefore,it is necessary and feasible to develop the course of Study travel Service and Management Practice under the tourism service major of Guangxi Polytechnic Institute.Second,as an extension course,it is more appropriate to offer the course "Study travel Service and Management Practice" in the second semester(the fourth semester)of the second year of the second year,because I have completed the relevant basic and professional courses of the tourism service major in the early stage,and I have already acquired the general vocational ability of the typical post of study travel.The opening of this course in the fourth semester is of positive significance to improving students’ comprehensive ability,broadening their knowledge and employment,and expanding their channels for further study and promotion.Third,the course content of Research travel Service and Management Practice is divided into three modules,namely course introduction module,core competence module and expansion competence module.These three modules constitute a complete course content system,and the cultivated competence covers the core vocational competence and expansion competence of typical positions of research travel.Innovation points: it enriches the theories related to study travel and fills the shortage of the research on study travel courses in secondary vocational schools.Domestic research on studies of travel,travel mainly concentrated in the studies two aspects of theory and research learning curriculum development,aimed at the research studies travel talent cultivation is less,especially for studies travel service and management talents to secondary vocational school has not yet been taken seriously and focus on practice or theory research,this article helps from the secondary vocational student’s studies travel talent training curriculum development point of view,enrich related theory,thus has certain innovation.Shortcomings of this paper: In the selection of research objects,the sample coverage is still limited.At present,the relevant institutions and units in Guangxi are still in the initial stage,and the typicality and specialization of professional posts are still not mature enough.Due to the impact of the epidemic,there are deficiencies in field investigation and research on the development of relevant industries.The syllabus designed on the basis of typical job process needs to be further improved.Studies of travel industry is a country attaches great importance to,the market has a great potential for development,the future with the development of industry matures,professional talent demand is more urgent,travelling in the secondary vocational studies curriculum system construction of talent cultivation,curriculum standard research,professional construction,etc.,there are a lot of space is worth to pay attention to,to study.
