The Impact Of The Image Of The Head Teacher On The Satisfaction Of School Life For Junior High School Students

Junior high school students face sensitive puberty stage,most of the thoughts and behaviors will collide with others spark,coupled with the rapid development of the Internet,they accept a huge amount of information,and difficult to distinguish between good and bad;school is the main place of their activities,satisfaction with school life is related to the good learning and healthy growth of children,and the head teacher as management,leadership,education classes and students.The protagonist The image of the head teacher will affect many aspects of the students.From the point of view of the students,the research is based on the need to improve the satisfaction of school life of junior high school students CPM theory,recessive management theory,role theory,demand level theory and expectation theory analyze the influence of class teacher image on school life satisfaction of junior high school students.Taking a county of Linyi,two representative schools were selected.Through questionnaire star recycling questionnaire 982 share.A series of processing of the data using SPSS 19.0.Empirical studies show that:junior high school students ' evaluation of the image of the head teacher is at a higher level;over all school life satisfaction of junior high school students for showing a moderate upper level;the gender,grade,student identity,residence location,parental education,parent work unit and family model in demographic variables significantly affected the students'evaluation of class teacher image and school life satisfaction,but there was no significant difference in the evaluation of class teacher image and school life satisfaction among students of different birth types.On this basis,from the perspective of self,family,school,government and society,the improvement is given counter measures and suggestions on school life satisfaction of junior high school students.Class teachers should start from their own,constantly improve management methods,communicate closely with parents,pay attention to the accumulation of knowledge and the promotion of their own image;students should start from their own changes;families should cooperate-with the school,at the same time give students a good space for growth;schools should respect and listen to students' demands and opinions,arouse the enthusiasm of students and class teachers;the government should constantly cultivate teachers,improve infrastructure,enrich educational resources,and carry out vocational training for rural areas;and the society should form a good atmosphere of respecting teachers and attaching importance to teaching.
