At present,our country trend spread over bullying phenomenon,gruesome frequent campus violence,campus security has always been difficult to effectively eliminate its"long-term" and "private" is bred astonishing data.Recently,qidong city,jiangsu province public security bureau received a report together,said a student who has been forced a swallow a biscuit and ou,means outrageous,this event is taken by a bystander and quickly spread on the Internet.The cruel picture once again gripped our hearts,reminding us to think again,what makes them so violent at a young age?How do we curb bullying again?To curb bullying in schools,we need to participate in all aspects of national,social,school and family,and establish a common prevention and control mechanism.The school aims to educate people and promote healthy growth of students.To create a harmonious and safe campus environment,school management is the foundation.Class teacher to students in a class will be entirely responsible for the teacher,is a leader of class,organizers and educators,to a large extent affects the whole class student’s psychological dynamics and behaviors,its role to be reckoned with.The stand or fall of teacher leadership style will affect the student to the school life satisfaction,which in turn affects the incidence of bullying behavior in junior high school students,and what kind of relationship between the three,is need we discussed.Purpose:On the head teacher leadership,school life satisfaction and the meaning of the junior middle school students bullying,domestic and foreign research present situation and the measurement method on the basis of review on the statistical analysis of the collected data to explore the leadership style,class teachers school life satisfaction influence on junior middle school students bullying,detailed analysis of the intrinsic relations between and among,hope can further enrich the resolution of related issues through research,puts forward some effective strategies for prevention and control management for bullying behaviors in junior high school students,to create a safe campus.Methods:Adopt the method of quantitative analysis,through the paper questionnaire and fill in the way of combining network using stratified cluster random sampling,in jiangxi province it 8 public high school junior middle school students as the research object,by issuing "the junior middle school teacher in charge leadership research questionnaire","youth school life satisfaction questionnaire","bullying behavior questionnaire" a total of 650 questionnaires,recycling of 640,remove the questionnaire answer too much leakage and multi-item appear contradictions such as invalid 27 questionnaires,eventually get effective questionnaire 613,effective recovery rate was 94.31%.Using SPSS22.0 software,the junior middle school teacher in charge’s style of leadership,school life satisfaction,junior middle school students bullying behavior and the relationship between the three are discussed in this paper.conclusion:(1)P type head teacher leadership,M type head teacher leadership in terms of gender,grade,academic performance,has the remarkable difference;School life satisfaction in gender,grade,geographic area,whether on the day has the remarkable difference;Junior high school students bullying in gender,grade,and significant difference on academic achievement.(2)P type head teacher leadership,M type head teacher leadership negative effects bullying behavior in junior high school students.(3)P type head teacher leadership,M type head teacher leadership positive influence on students’ school life satisfaction.(4)negative influence school life satisfaction bullying behavior in junior high school students.(5)the school life satisfaction in M type head teacher style of leadership and bullying behavior in junior high school students have partial intermediary role;School life satisfaction in P type head teacher style of leadership and bullying behavior completely intermediary role in junior high school students.Based on the empirical research,the paper proposes the following Suggestions for improving the leadership style of the head teacher and improving the life satisfaction of students in school,and thus reducing the bullying behavior of junior middle school students.(1)School perspective.To formulate rules and regulations for the prevention and control of school bullying;Increase safety management for students;Improve campus culture construction and create a positive campus culture.(2)Perspective of junior high school teacher.Improved education and management of students;Keep close contact with parents and pay attention to students’ psychological dynamics;Improve your own quality.(3)Government perspective.Improving laws and regulations related to the punishment of school bullying;Strengthen responsibility consciousness,build harmonious society.
