In January 2017,the general office of the CPC central committee and the general office of the state council issued the opinions on the implementation of the project for the inheritance and development of fine traditional Chinese culture,which called for the comprehensive integration of fine traditional Chinese culture into ideological and moral education,cultural knowledge,art and sports;Xi Jinping,general secretary of the communist party of China(CPC),said during his visit to chifeng in July 2019 that the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage in ethnic minority areas should be emphasized.In addition to the national policy support,the cultural transmission and preservation function of education and the national uniqueness of intangible cultural heritage are all favorable conditions for intangible cultural heritage to enter the campus.However,its special way of inheritance has become a bottleneck for intangible cultural heritage to enter the campus.In view of this,scholars from all walks of life will strongly call for the inclusion of non-material culture in the education system and the implementation of developmental inheritance.School education is an important channel for cultural inheritance.Under the national three-level curriculum management system,school-based curriculum development provides realistic conditions for intangible cultural heritage to enter the campus and be inherited through education.This paper adopts the methods of literature research,field investigation and case study,takes the Tujia non-material culture as the entry point,and takes the traditional folk dance "Babao bronze bell dance" in Enshi region as the typical case to analyze and discuss,and designs the path of school-based curriculum development.This path is designed by: school-based curriculum development resource selection;The establishment of school-based curriculum development organization;Make the goal of school-based curriculum development;To formulate plans for school-based curriculum development;Implementation of school-based curriculum;The evaluation of school-based curriculum consists of six parts.It also puts forward the guarantee system to promote the course development.It is hoped that this study can provide a new reference for the development of school-based curriculum of intangible culturalheritage in other ethnic minority areas.
