Teenagers are in a special period of personality and psychological development,and their psychological state is not stable.The healthy growth of teenagers is related to the development and progress of the whole society.The mental health of middle school students at this stage of teenagers has a direct impact on a person's lifetime mental state and behavior pattern.Middle school students,especially junior high school students,are not fully mature in physical and psychological development.For some superficial mental sub-health problems,if timely intervention can be given,many problems can be solved in the budding state without causing serious consequences.This paper.takes the case of students' psychological mental sub-health status in a middle school of Zhongshan as an example.By means of questionnaires,literature research,this paper investigates the current situation of boarding junior high school students' mental sub-health status.Putting forward some moral education intervention.Combining with the successful intervention case of mental sub-health,the teaching intervention are analyzed.Apart from the introduction and conclusion,the paper is divided into four parts.The first part,research design and Implementation,including the selection of research objects,the design of questionnaire dimensions and the development of research tools.The second part investigates the current situation of boarding junior high school students'mental sub-health status and analyses the abnormal factors that account for a higher proportion in the results by means of questionnaires and other research methods.Such as compulsion and paranoia,Interpersonal sensitivity and depression and anxiety.The third part based on the investigation and research,puts forward some general suggestions on moral education intervention for boarding junior high school students' mental sub-health status.Including Suggestions with four dimensions:school,head teacher,psychological teacher and home.The fourth part,taking the cases of Zhongshan DY middle school students' mental sub-health status as an example,combines the moral education intervention proposed to analyze,in order to test the feasibility of moral education intervention strategy in practice.
