Teachers are the foundation of education and the reserve force of education.Focusing on the career planning of middle school teachers is conducive to strengthening the construction of middle school teachers' talent team.A thorough understanding of the problems faced by the professional planning of this talent team is conducive to the cultivation of teachers' professional discipline quality and ideological and moral quality.To assist middle school teachers to improve their spiritual needs in line with the growth and change of middle school students and the normal teaching and education needs of the school,to complete their own professional ideals,to realize the sense of continuous progress of professional ability,and to ensure the continuous progress of the national middle school education project with inexhaustible sources and solid talent reserves,which is not only the national primary basic education teacher position management.At the same time,it is the main purpose of training middle school teachers.The paper takes 102 teachers of TL middle school in Wujiang District of Suzhou as the research object,based on the methods of interview,literature search,questionnaire survey,and other methods,make an empirical analysis of the relevant data,explore some problems existing in the current middle school teachers' career planning,so as to find out the overall situation of middle school teachers' career development,find out the reasons,and finally put forward some solutions Policy,and then provide reference for the professional development of middle school teachers.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,the paper is divided into the following five parts:The first part mainly discusses the meaning,content and significance of teachers'professional development.The second part,taking TL middle school in Suzhou as an example,uses the methods of questionnaire and interview to investigate the working and living conditions of middle school teachers,the status of professional value identification,the status of teachers' professional growth and the cognitive status of professional development.The third part,based on the investigation,analyzes the problems existing in the professional development of middle school teachers,mainly including the high pressure on their life and work,the lack of professional identity of middle school teachers,the lack of autonomy in the professional development of middle school teachers,the low sense of efficiency of middle school teachers and the high pressure on the professional titles of middle school teachers.The fourth part analyzes the reasons of the problems in the professional development of middle school teachers,including the limited professional channels of middle school teachers,the maladjusted sense of efficacy of middle school teachers,the burnout of middle school teachers,and the weak sense of lifelong learning of middle school teachers.In the fifth part,the author puts forward some preliminary suggestions for the development of middle school teachers' career,including fully understanding the importance of teachers' career development,strengthening the subject consciousness of teachers' career planning,strengthening the connection between theoretical learning and teaching practice,paying attention to the needs of teachers' career development in different stages,reducing the unnecessary workload of middle school teachers,and improving the protection of middle school teachers' career development Barrier mechanism.
