In higher education,changes in knowledge communication behaviors have spawned various knowledge-paying platforms,and the cost of individual participation in online learning has been reduced.In China,higher education has been transformed from schools using online courses to teach students to acquire online learning participation channels for students themselves.In January 2020,a new coronavirus suddenly broke out,offline education could not be carried out,and the classroom was completely transferred to online.Under the epidemic situation,online education has realized "stop classes without stopping school",and took this opportunity to realize that online education has taken root in universities.In order to fully demonstrate the effect of college students on the use of online courses,this article carried out relevant research through questionnaire survey.At the same time,through in-depth interviews,drawing on the participation of authoritative institutions on the online courses of teachers and students under the epidemic situation,we comprehensively explored the online courses of college students.The study found that during the course of participating in online courses,the behavior of college students showed obvious characteristics: multiple information channels,mainly word-of-mouth recommendation;discrete learning time,unstable online frequency;outstanding learning desire,preferred vocational skills;learning method,Tend to short courses.The results of the analysis of college students' use of online courses show that the popularity of online courses differs in different regions,and the length of online learning is positively correlated with the satisfaction of online courses.College students pay more attention to teaching resources in course selection,low price acceptance in purchase intention,and more attention to course interaction in learning effect.This study further clarified the main problems faced by college students in online course learning through questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews.First,there is a lack of design concepts,and the content of the course is single;second,the change in teaching scenes,teachers adapt to the fatigue;third,experience distortion of the situation,challenging students' independent learning ability;fourth,information technology-led,lack of systematic design concepts;Fifth,the single evaluation of teaching cannot effectively stimulate interest in learning.In order to solve the above problems,it is recommended to improve the use of online courses from the following four aspects and strengthen interactive knowledge dissemination.One is to take advantage of the characteristics and build brand courses.The second is to improve the learning environment and reconstruct the teaching relationship.The third is to optimize the curriculum experience and advocate interactive learning.The fourth is to break through the technical rules and strengthen the system design.Through improvement,it provides college students with better online courses,enriches the channels of knowledge transmission,and improves the acceptance and satisfaction of online courses.
