Research On The Guidance Of College Students' Online Political Participation In The New Era

As the main body of the future social development potential young college students,is accompanied by the generation that grew up with the development of the network society is gradually becoming a powerful political force,the network political participation is the main way that they participate in national political life,its network expression can be rational and orderly already about national future and national hope.In this sense,educating and guiding the orderly development of online political participation of young college students in the new era is not only the need of unswervingly building a network power with Chinese characteristics,but also the inevitable requirement of promoting the construction of socialist political civilization.Based on the background of the new era,this paper conducts research on college students' online political participation.First of all,with the concept definition as the logical starting point,the relevant concepts of college students' online political participation are clarified,and the theoretical basis of college students' online political participation is discussed.Secondly,taking the replacement and evolution of network media as the time node,the development process of college students' online political participation is briefly divided into three stages: the initial stage(1994-2001),the preliminary stage(2002-2009)and the prosperous development stage(2010-present),and the significance of college students' online political participation in the new era is illustrated.Again,with analysis of the situation as the research target,found that the new era of college students' network political participation on the whole present a good development momentum,but there are still network irrational expression,political apathy phenomenon and the network politics involved in the problem of insufficient accomplishment and ability,and space environment from the network,the network social ideological trend and network information technology,capture the hidden cause of them.Finally,on the basis of analyzing the problems and reasons for college students' network political participation,and put forward from the top to strengthen network design,deepening the network governance,strengthen political leading function,enhance participation main body quality four aspects,to guide college students in cyberspace institutionalization,ordering,rationalization,standardization to participate in political life.
