Self-efficacy is that people have the ability to complete a subjective judgment of their own behavior,research shows that learning self-efficacy is an important factor affecting academic achievement.In my teaching practice,students who have higher self-efficacy have been able to find problems and correct mistakes and get higher physical academic achievement while experiencing learning frustration.Self-efficacy is low Of students in the experience after the failure,it will be subjectively that they do not learn the physical ability,negative response to the problem,easy to become physical students.Therefore,it is an important practical task to investigate the status quo of self-efficacy of junior high school students' physical learning and to propose an improved strategy.This paper investigates the present situation of self-efficacy of junior middle school students in Guangzhou No.40 Middle School,and compares the physical learning self-efficacy of students of different gender and different grades.The results show that with the increase of physical learning content,the difficulty of deepening,junior high school students' physical learning self-efficacy overall trend is declining,the ninth grade students overall physical learning self-efficacy than eighth grade students,especially the ninth grade girls physical Learning self-efficacy level was significantly reduced.This suggests that the effect of gender differences on physical self-efficacy is objective and can not be ignored.This paper also interviews students from the four dimensions of self-efficacy of self-efficacy of junior high school students,namely,motivation and goals,direct experience and alternative experience,physiology and emotion,self-attribution and evaluation.The results of the interviews show that the relationship between self-efficacy and physics achievement in junior high school students is closely related to the results of recent studies in recent years.Higher self-efficacy helps students achieve better physical learning outcomes.On the other hand,students who achieve better academic performance will also help to provide their physical learning self-efficacy.According to the results of the survey and the long-term teaching experience,this paper explores the effective ways to improve the self-efficacy of junior middle school students through case study.
