In the wave of the new era,the competition between countries is increasingly fierce,and the people are the creators of productivity.The competition of comprehensive national strength is ultimately the competition of talents.In the new era,the importance of training successors to the socialist cause is becoming more and more prominent.In the new era,patriotism is mainly the social consciousness of the recognition of the core political elements of the country and the integration of personal interests into the national interests,and the patriotism education of middle school students in the new era is to cultivate these two kinds of consciousness.The patriotism in the new era is not only different from that in the country it loves,but also changes in the form of love.It is also reflected in the fact that the patriotism is more rich in the connotation of the times.The patriotism education of middle school students in the new era is not only the important content of developing the correct "Three Outlooks" of middle school students,but also the need of the school to fulfill the responsibility of educating people,and also the need of cultivating the socialist successors.In view of the limitations of my own conditions,I specially selected five middle schools in Yueyang City to carry out the actual questionnaire survey,and found that the patriotism education of middle school students has made great achievements.Students have a certain understanding of the basic knowledge of patriotism related content,as well as the traditional culture and current affairs and politics.Middle school students have relatively young but pure patriotic feelings,which These achievements can not be achieved without the high attention of the state,the vigorous promotion of schools and the wide spread of society.However,there are still some problems in the teaching materials,such as the content of patriotism education is short of the times,the teacher's explanation is far away from the students' real life,the school does not pay enough attention to the ideological and political course due to the pressure of entering school,the form of patriotism education is monotonous,the ideological and political course does not form an effective resonance with the curriculum ideological and political education,etc.,and the development of patriotism education for middle school students in the new era It creates obstacles.In view of these problems,the author thinks that we can start from the classroom first,and the teaching materials need to be updated in time to make the patriotism related content richer and more close to the requirements of the times.The school mustenhance the importance of Ideological and political courses,strengthen the training of the professional teachers of Ideological and political courses,play the role of class meeting courses,and establish the thinking of "Ideological and Political Courses".The school should from the top to the bottom Set up the thought of "thinking about politics".Outside the classroom,we should give full play to the role of the existing forms of patriotism,constantly innovate the forms of patriotism education,strive to create a new era of middle school students' patriotism education system that combines school,family and society,and improve the path of middle school students' Patriotism Education in the new era,so as to achieve better results in the patriotism education of middle school students in the new era.
