Research On The Current Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Post Job Training Of Middle School PE Teachers In Yueyang City

It is still on the way to promote quality education in an all-round way,and the requirements for teachers are more perfect and specific.The purpose is to adapt to the requirements of the new era for teachers' self-development in the modern environment of education.The research methods of this topic mainly include literature method,which is used to support the theoretical research,so that the research of teachers' post job training can be further promoted.In order to fully understand the post training situation of this group,the questionnaire was designed and distributed to the teachers.By the method of expert investigation,experts and scholars from Hunan Province and experts from Hunan University of science and technology were interviewed and investigated in order to obtain the relevant content of post job training for PE teachers.The logic analysis method uses basic logic schemes such as adopting reasoning and deductive reasoning.Mathematical statistics,mainly using data related statistical software,such as SPSS and excel,to complete the collation of survey data.The results show that:(1)high school physical education teachers in Yueyang City attach great importance to the post job training,but the participation frequency is limited;(2)the satisfaction of middle school physical education teachers in Yueyang City to the post job training is general;(3)there are still some difficulties in the post job training of middle school physical education teachers in Yueyang City,which are embodied in ideology,training content,training team,assessment and evaluation,etc.;(4)The post job training of middle school PE teachers in Yueyang City is still in the initial stage of exploration,which needs to solve the practical problems and formulate feasible strategies.The conclusion of the study is: to carry out post job training for middle school physical education teachers,to promote the healthy development of physical education in China,to achieve the development goal of educational modernization,and to cultivate more high-quality talents.
