Analysis Of The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Public Sports Swimming Teaching In Henan Province

Swimming is a popular sport that is popular among the public.It is listed as a key promotion project for public fitness in the National "National Fitness Program Outline" and "Healthy China 2030 Program Outline",and also in the "National General Colleges and Universities Physical Education Curriculum Teaching Guideline It is designated as a popular sports program in colleges and universities,and the demand for college students to learn swimming is increasing day by day,and swimming into colleges and universities has become a trend.In recent years,student drowning accidents and college students' wading to save people's anti-distress incidents have occurred frequently.The risk of swimming has made it more difficult for colleges to fully open swimming classes.However,swimming is an important survival skill and must be popularized among the student population.Swimming technique and correct self-help and other rescue methods.Public physical education courses in colleges and universities are the main positions for physical education in colleges and universities.Undergraduate colleges in Henan Province quickly responded to national policies by introducing teachers,repairing venues,enriching equipment,and carrying out physical education reforms.Swimming has also been widely carried out by many colleges and universities.This article investigates 8 undergraduate colleges in Henan Province that have set up public physical education swimming courses through literature research methods,survey methods,mathematical statistics methods,and logical analysis methods.Analyze the current status of public sports swimming lessons in Henan Province and find out where the problems are,provide development strategies and feasibility suggestions for the development of public sports swimming lessons in colleges and universities in Henan Province,and also provide a theoretical basis for the popularization of swimming sports in colleges and universities in Henan Province.The survey results show that:(1)College students in Henan generally have a higher interest in swimming and a tendency to learn,but only 8 colleges and universities in the province offer public physical education swimming classes with a rate of about 14%.(2)The syllabus and teaching plan are not perfect,the teaching objectives are not clear enough,and the teaching content is mainly simple water and breaststroke.(3)Most colleges and universities lack the support of teaching materials for public sports swimming lessons.The lack of venues leads to large class capacity and high classroom density.(4)The frequency of class hours is low,and only one class per week is not conducive to students' consolidation of learning,and the level of class students is uneven.(5)The teaching method is more traditional,and the teaching team is younger and highly educated but there is still a gap in the number.(6)The form of assessment is mostly based on technology,supplemented by indicators such as attendance and teacher evaluation,and very few universities attach importance to theoretical assessment.According to the research results,the following suggestions are proposed:(1)Colleges and universities should pay more attention to public sports swimming lessons,strengthen capital investment and venue construction,increase the amount of lessons appropriately,and guide more students to participate in swimming.(2)Improve and formulate the school's syllabus and teaching plan to enrich the two-level teaching content of swimming technology and theory.(3)Equip students with public sports swimming lesson textbooks or video explanation materials,reasonably arrange venue usage rates,and provide students with better practice venues.(4)Pay attention to the differences in student levels,and can not only classify based on gender,formulate tiered teaching goals,and reasonably arrange weekly lessons.(5)Introduce high-quality swimming professional teachers through the talent policy,provide professional training to existing teachers,continuously innovate and improve teaching methods and means,and improve teaching quality.(6)Carry out diversified assessment forms and add appropriate amount of swimming theory assessment to enable students to truly understand swimming.
