Mathematics is a difficult subject, which is highly valued at home and abroad.Math anxiety is an important factor affecting mathematics learning,so math anxiety has attracted the attention of relevant scholars. In 2020,the "new college entrance examination" will be unveiled for the first time.To Shandong examine, this reform is an unprecedented challenge undoubtedly. Most high school students said they did not want to choose mathematics.we began to learn math from kindergarten, has learned more than 10 years. Why are high school students so resistant to math? Many high school students encounter mathematics adversity, their psychological defense line collapses, and they cannot bear the pressure caused by the decline in mathematics achievements. The generation of mathematics anxiety not only affects the exertion of intelligence, but also inhibits the stimulation of mathematics potential.mathematics adversity and cultivate students' ability of mathematical adversity resistance, adversity in mathematics to form good way of thinking and behavior. In response to the above problems, the author sort out the domestic and foreign relevant literatures on mathematical inverse quotient and mathematical anxiety, summarized the relevant theories on mathematical inverse quotient and mathematical anxiety, and then designed based on relevant theories and psychological cognitive characteristics of high school students.During the internship,312 high school students from the internship school were taken as the survey subjects to carry out a questionnaire survey, and then the data were sorted out and counted.SPSS was used to analyze the overall status quo of high school students' math inverse quotient and math anxiety, and gender and grade differences were analyzed,as well as correlation analysis and regression analysis of high school students' math inverse quotient and math anxiety. The following conclusions were obtained:1.Overall,high school students' math inverse quotient is at an intermediate level. In the four dimensions of mathematical inverse quotient, the score of math control is the highest, and the score of math extension is the lowest. There is a significant difference in the gender of high school students' math inverse quotient. There are significant differences in the grades ofhigh school students' math inverse quotient.2.High school students' math anxiety at a moderate anxiety level, high school students have gender and grade differences in math anxiety.3.There is an extremely significant negative correlation between the math anxiety of high school students and the math inverse quotient, and the correlation coefficient between the two is-838.0.There is also a negative correlation between the four dimensions of high school students' math inverse quotient and math anxiety. The four dimensions of the math inverse quotient of high school students are also correlated with the math anxiety. For the dimension of mathematical control, the correlation coefficient is-.623.0 For the dimension of mathematical attribution, the correlation coefficient is-.668.0 For the dimension of mathematical extension, the correlation coefficient is-.580.0 For the mathematical influence dimension, the correlation coefficient is-579.0.4.The unitary linear regression equation between high school students' math inverse quotient?x?and math anxiety?y?is as follows:y=-1.247x+139.022The multiple linear regression equation between the four dimensions of high school students math inverse quotient?x1?,math attribution?x2?,math influence?x3?,math extension?x4? and math anxiety?y?is as follows:y=-1.113x1-1.326x2-1.246x3-1.324x4+139.026According to the conclusion, and considering the thinking characteristics and psychological development of high school students, the author puts forward the solving strategies to improve the inverse quotient and overcome the math anxiety.
