With the attention paid by the Chinese government to the problems existing in the development of pre-school education,and in order to solve the social problems such as "difficulty in entering the park and high price of entering the park",China has begun to vigorously develop inclusive resources of preschool education,striving to reach 80% of the total number of preschool children in public kindergartens and inclusive private kindergartens by 2020.At the same time,the Opinions on the Implementation of the Three-year Action Plan for Preschool Education in Phase III clearly requires "deepening the reform of training mechanism" to help the development of preschool teachers and improve the quality of preschool education through continuing education.As an experimental area for the development and reform of preschool education in Taiyuan City,QS County actively explores the development path of inclusive private kindergartens.Therefore,this study is based on the status quo of continuing education for kindergarten teachers in the inclusive private kindergartens in QS County,and explores the effectiveness of continuing education for preschool teachers in QS County,thus contributing to the development of inclusive private kindergartens in QS County of Taiyuan City.The study use the literature method and survey method to conduct an in-depth investigation of the current status of continuing education and the effectiveness of continuing education for kindergarten teachers in the general public welfare park in QS County.Then using SPSS18.0 statistical software to descriptive analysis of the status quo.The MATLAB software is used to calculating the effectiveness of the continuing education of the inclusive public kindergarten teachers in QS County.At the same time,the main factors affecting the continuing education of the kindergarten teachers in the inclusive public welfare park in QS County are:1.Top-level design : the inclusive private kindergarten teachers' continuing education funds is unclear,and the financial support is not in place;There are fewer opportunities for inclusive public kindergarten teachers to participate in the continuing education of government organizations.2.Medium-level: The organization that undertakes the continuing education of the inclusive public kindergarten teachers has not carried out the demand research before continuing education,and failed to make a reasonable evaluation after the end;the government-sponsored kindergarten teachers continue to have low practicality;The continuing education undertaken by the private kindergartens is not systematic.3.Micro level: Some kindergarten teachers in inclusive private kindergartens do not attach importance to continuing education learning,are not good at self-learning and self-reflection,and do not pay attention to pre-school education research methods.Based on the self-directed learning theory and self-organization theory,this study proposes development suggestions and strategies for the status quo and effectiveness of continuing education for inclusive teachers in inclusive private schools from the following three levels:1.Top-level design: the special funds for continuing education of kindergarten teachers in inclusive kindergartens should be detailed;the high-level talents are transported for the continuing education system of kindergarten teachers in the inclusive private schools;build guidance standards for continuing education of inclusive private kindergarten teachers are established,which are "bottom-up" or"setting training objectives according to learning needs2.Medium-level : The continuing education organization that undertakes the inclusive private kindergartens should focus on the teacher: "taking the teacher's preschool teacher as the center","determining the continuing education content by research method",and"promoting continuing education with reasonable evaluation"3.Micro level: Promote the effectiveness of continuing education for inclusive teachers based on self-directedness: Inclusive teachers need to enhance self-directed learning awareness in continuing education;establish a continuing education learning contract system;attach importance to preschool education Scientific research methods.
