Since the idea of effective teaching was put forward in the first half of the 20th century,it has aroused widespread concerns among educational scholars from all over the world.With the deepening of curriculum reform,educational researchers have committed to exploring and finding methods to improve the efficiency of class teaching.Lead-in of class is the first step of class teaching,and its effectiveness plays an important role in class teaching.Analyzing the effectiveness of lead-in of class through teaching reflection will help teachers to form reflective teaching thinking,to promote teachers to adjust the methods of lead-in of class,and to promote the occurrence of effective teaching.On the basis of summarizing the previous research results,questionnaires were implemented to understand and grasp the current situation of lead-in of biology class and teaching reflection in high middle school.After analyzing of the survey results,it was found that many teachers had not realized the importance of effective lead-in of class,and the current situation of lead-in of biology class and teaching reflection were not ideal enough.Based on the above reasons and the analysis of the key factors of lead-in of biology class,a teaching reflection framework was designed to improve the effectiveness of lead-in of biology class.The content of the framework mainly consisted of five aspects:the reflection on the target of lead-in of class,the reflection on the method of lead-in of class,the reflection on the duration of lead-in of class,the reflection on the resource choice of lead-in of class,and the reflection on the creation of teaching situations.Class observations and teachers' interviews were carried out to test whether the teaching reflection framework could really help teachers improve the effectiveness of lead-in of class.Our results proved that the designed teaching reflection framework is indeed helpful for teachers to implement effective lead-in of class.Due to the influence of various factors,the results of the questionnaire survey and practical research in this study may have some limitations and the designed reflection framework maybe not perfect and need to improve.In my future biology teaching,I will continue to conduct in-depth research and further improve the teaching reflection framework.
