Practical Reflection On Professional Relationship Establishment From The Perspective Of Service Providers

In recent years,the party and the country attach great importance to the construction of social work talents.However,As an imported product,social work inevitably faces the problem of cultural adaptation in the process of Chinese localization,especially in the establishment of professional relations.In the process of establishing professional relationship with the service object,social work interns are not only regulated by the professional ethics of social work,but also influenced by the Chinese human culture and other factors,The imbalance between theory and reality leads to various problems in the professional service of social work.Based on the author's experience of social work internship in H university,this paper finds that social work interns are difficult to establish professional relationship with the client due to the influence of various factors,At the same time,due to the difficulty in establishing professional relations,social work interns will inevitably feel frustrated and incompetent,which leads to the difficulty in achieving the internship goals of social work interns and the decline of professional identity,Based on this,this paper uses the method of participant observation and in-depth interview to analyze the reasons why professional relationship is difficult to establish in the process of social work practice,and analyzes the impact of the difficulty in establishing professional relationship in social work from the perspectives of social work interns and service objects,At last,the author puts forward the path choice of establishing professional relationship which is suitable for China's local conditions from three aspects:microcosmic,middle and macroscopic view.On the micro level,the author starts from the interns themselves to strengthen the cultivation of their professional knowledge and ethical consciousness.From the perspective of schools and institutions to put forward the corresponding solution strategy,Schools should strengthen the education of social work ethics and other knowledge and the construction of social work practice base,and play the role of school supervision.Institutions should strengthen their own management and training,and actively communicate with schools and give play to the role of institutional supervision;On the macro level,it is to develop an operational local social work ethics code and improve the confidence of the whole industry.Through the research the author comes to the conclusion that:We should not copy the western code of ethics in social work,but build professional relationships based on the local context of China,We will give full play to the educational role of institutions and schools,and strengthen the cultivation of professional skills and ethical awareness of social work interns.
