Massive Open Online Course(MOOC)is regarded as an effective means to solve educational contradictions.MOOC uses the advantages of the Internet to break the barriers of universities and time and space.People can receive higher education for free and fair,and use the Internet to independently study high-quality courses of universities anytime and anywhere.MOOC has caused profound changes in many aspects of education.It is a brand-new learning method and education model.The MOOC platform is one of the important carriers for carrying new educational reforms.The use and research of MOOC will not only differ from traditional offline courses,but also from previous online courses.Exploring the different behavioral patterns of MOOC learners and the impact of different behavioral patterns on learning effectiveness can provide useful information for instructional designers,thereby improving the existing instructional design;instructional content arrangement and presentation of online learning resources;at the same time,it can also be Instructional designers provide insight to develop personalized learning support systems.Therefore,this study focuses on the learning behavior of MOOC learners,and aims to explore the influence of MOOC learners' learning behavior patterns on learning effectiveness,and then provide effective suggestions for improving the learning effectiveness of MOOC learners.This study focuses on MOOC learners.In the theoretical research stage,through literature research,it analyzes classic theories such as "behavior science theory","learning analysis" and "constructivist learning theory" of behavior science,and combs the MOOC learning behavior analysis.Research status at home and abroad.The research combines the characteristics of the MOOC platform curriculum construction,based on the relevant research results at home and abroad,through a comparative analysis of existing learning analysis frameworks,designs an operable learning behavior analysis framework for the MOOC curriculum,and determines it by the expert opinion method types of MOOC learning behavior and related variables and indicators.Using the framework of MOOC learning behavior analysis,mining MOOC learner learning behavior patterns.Collect data such as system log data of the MOOC platform,and select the indicators to be studied in the learning and analysis framework.Using cluster analysis and other methods to classify and explore different types of learning behavior indicators,explore the learning behavior patterns of learners in MOOC.The results of the study divided MOOC learners into four categories:"interactive learners","active learners","edge learners" and "general learners".Explore the impact of learning behavior patterns on learning effectiveness through data analysis.Using SPSS as an analysis tool,and using methods such as inter-cluster comparison to analyze the correlation between MOOC learners' learning behavior patterns and learning effectiveness with different behavior patterns,and how the correlations are.Finally,based on the data analysis results,MOOC learners have low learning enthusiasm,underutilized online learning resources,and online communication is not active and in-depth,etc.,and put forward relevant improvement strategies and suggestions for different stakeholders.This article mainly includes 6 parts.Chapter 1 introduces the research background of this article,and summarizes the research status of domestic and foreign learning behavior analysis and learning behavior pattern analysis.The research methods and contents used in this paper are mainly used.Chapter 2 introduces and elaborates on the terminology that appears in the paper,mainly including learning behavior,learning behavior in the network learning environment,and the constituent elements of MOOC learner learning behavior,and also lays the relevant theoretical foundation of this article.Chapter 3 combines the characteristics of the MOOC platform course construction,based on relevant research results at home and abroad,through a comparative analysis of existing learning analysis models and frameworks,designs an operable learning behavior analysis framework for the MOOC curriculum and determines Types of MOOC learning behavior and related variables and indicators.Chapter 4 introduces the acquisition and processing of MOOC learner learning behavior data.Based on a brief introduction to the MOOC teaching platform and its functions,the case study "How Teachers Do Research" network course module and teaching methods,teaching content and teaching evaluation are introduced in detail.Sample selection of MOOC learners' learning behavior data,and description and processing of MOOC learners' learning behavior variables.Chapter 5 is based on the previous theoretical research,behavior analysis framework and data collection,and explores the impact of learning behavior patterns on learning effectiveness through data analysis.Using SPSS as an analysis tool,using methods such as inter-cluster comparison to analyze whether and how the MOOC learners with different behavior patterns have correlations and learning effectiveness,and how the correlations are,and make recommendations based on the conclusions.Chapter 6 summarizes the conclusions of this study,summarizes the work and shortcomings of this article,and looks forward to the research that can be continued in the future.
