Into the 21st century,lack of physical activity has become the fourth risk factors of death around the world,and is seen as a worldwide problem,and according to the latest survey shows that college students' physical quality in China continued to decline,the obese students increased,investigate its reason,mainly is the lack of the effective management of the college students' extracurricular physical exercise caused by insufficient physical activity and physical deterioration.In this paper,the author based on the national education science of Wang Yimin over the 12th five-year plan project project of year 2012,Ministry of Education research results and in 2018 the Ministry of Education humanities and social science research project planning fund the research content and practice of learning,the organization aims to use sports extracurricular questionnaire clock in college application amount of fitness levels of experimental research,aims to explore the fitness rating as a personal fitness management technology and organization management system of practical application value.This article use the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,experimental method,and the methods of comparative analysis,to study at central China normal university,the fashionable aerobics dance classes of grade 2018 sophomore students as the subjects,and divided into experimental class and that in comparative classes,in the before and after the experiment to the students' body function,body shape,body quality and body composition,physical education learning interest and attitude of psychological questionnaire and experimental classes a week "the fitness rating" clock data unification test,statistics and finishing,and the data obtained results with SPSS 20.0 for data analysis,through the comparison of experimental results,This paper makes a comprehensive analysis on whether it can effectively promote students' active participation in extracurricular sports activities and improve students' physical fitness by punching in the "fitness quantity grade" questionnaire after physical education,and puts forward reasonable Suggestions on this basis.In order to enrich the theoretical and practical research on fitness volume,and take this opportunity to promote its extensive use.in order to improve the physical fitness level of college students and citizens,and to help achieve the goals of "national fitness" and "healthy China 2030".The experimental results are as follows:1.About the punch effect of the "fitness level" questionnaire:Experiments show that"owe magnitude" weekly basic keep continuous reduce the number of clock,"reference level" and "three" improve the level of overall is presented to increase the number of clock every week after the change of the reduction,holidays,learning courses and climate and other objective factors will cause students fitness activity were significantly decreased,which reduce or even give up control class(P<0.05).The range of improvement of test results was better than that of the control class.Although students' body mass index(BMI)is in the normal range,their body fat rate is as high as more than 26%,posing a risk of obesity.After the experiment,the muscle content,fat content and body fat rate of the two classes were significantly different,P<0.05,the muscle content of the experimental class was increased,and the fat content and body fat rate were significantly decreased,while the control class was the opposite,indicating that punching in through the fitness scale questionnaire had a better effect on promoting the healthy development of students'physique.3.The questionnaire about sports psychological aspects:after the experiment,the experimental class student sports study interest and attitude of psychological levels were significantly higher than that in comparative classes,weekly fitness rating questionnaire clock effectively encourage students to actively take part in extracurricular sports activities,exercise and evaluation independently,accomplish a certain number of physical activity,inner satisfaction.It plays an active role in promoting and guiding the students to deepen their own understanding,correct their attitude towards physical education,improve their participation in class and stimulate their interest in physical education.4.On pupil's self evaluation questionnaire:from the aspect of mental health and social adaptation,physical fitness and sports participation level,emotional value consciousness level of statistical results reflect the experimental classes of students have Them self assessment,show fitness rating questionnaire clock management level of constraint guidance and target incentive greater positive influence on students' physical and mental quality,practice shows that "fitness rating" has certain actual application value.Based on this experiment,the main Suggestions proposed in this paper are:1.Colleges and universities should strengthen students' sports thoughts and theoretical education in multiple levels and ways,create a positive campus sports atmosphere,improve the facilities of sports venues,attach importance to introducing modern fitness technology to improve the professional knowledge of sports teachers,and scientifically guide students to carry out fitness exercises.2.Make use of modern network technology to build an intelligent management model of extracurricular sports activities,and put forward corresponding requirements or Suggestions for every link from the university management to individuals,so as to strengthen the supervision and supervision of students' daily after-school physical exercise,improve the physical activity of students and improve their physical health.3.Will join the physical health of students body composition index test,we will improve the mechanism of students' physical health evaluation and feedback system,and the evaluation results timely feedback to students,improve students' physical health objective cognition of oneself,make a comprehensive evaluation and scientific management,thus better exercise students subjective initiative into full play.4.Physical education teachers in colleges and universities to further perfecting the questionnaire "the fitness rating" clock in the experiment,actively seeking better strategies to compensate for the ring in the experiment,the questionnaire to optimize clock management mode,constant innovation and development,further promote the fitness rating into the plans for colleges and universities sports teaching and extracurricular physical training management system.
