Sandpaly therapy is widely used on the international psychotherapy.It has achieved good results in individual therapy and group counseling.Now senior high school students' coping style and mental health are paid more and more attentions by researchers.We apply group sandplay to tenth grade students' mental health and coping style in this study on the basis of relevant domestic and foreign research.We recruit and choose 13 students in both experimental group and control group.The experimental group accept a sandplay intervention for 8 times.Base on the data analysis of the statistics results on all groups before and after the intervention,isotropy analysis on the process of group sandplay and the change of a typical case,and the evaluation of the group effect,we reached the following conclusions:The group sandplay intervention has the dimention of problem solving and seeking for support,and the total points of problem focused coping strategies.Meanwhile,the group sandplay intervention has highly significant effect to improve the dimention of anxiety to people,remorse tendency and physical symptoms,and has significant effect to improve the total points of mental health.The group sandplay intervention can maintain the mental health of tenth grade students.It can promote emotional release and mind grow,and inspire inner healing power,and can also improve one's coping skills.
