Teachers are behavior subjects of educational activities.The educational conceptions of teachers and the transformation from their educational conceptions to behaviors are directly related to the effectiveness of educational reform.Research on the transformation from teachers' educational conceptions to their behaviors can not only promote their professional development,but can also effectively deal with the stagnation of education reform.However,since the teachers' educational conceptions are implicit,and their behaviors are always based on complex educational situations.So,there are not abundant researches on the transformation from teachers'conceptions to teachers'behaviors.This thesis is going to explore necessary conditions and stages for successful transformation,and then to explore the dilemmas in reality.In this thesis a theoretical study is given to explore the meanings,characteristics and values of teachers' educational conceptions,teaching behaviors and the transformation between them.The conditions and stages of teachers' transformation are explored through product analysis method.And based on the result,we use self-designed measurement tools to investigate the status quo of transformation from teachers' conceptions to behaviors.At last,we'll propose relevant optimizing strategies.In addition to the introduction part,there are four parts as follows.Chapter one,theoretical analysis of the transformation from teacher's conception to the behavior.We interpret the connotation of educational conception,teacher's educational conception and teacher's behavior from the perspective of philosophy and psychology.On this basis,the connotation and value of the transformation from teacher's conception to teaching behavior are summed up.Chapter two,the conditions and stages of the transformation.Based on the analysis of 48 articles of teachers,we summarize four conditions and five stages of successful transformation.Chapter three,the investigation about transformation from teacher's conception to teaching behavior.Based on theoretical research and product analysis,we use self-designed questionnaire and interview outline to investigate the problems in the transformation of teacher's conception to behavior.Chapter four,optimzing strategies for teacher's transformation.Based on the investigation,we propose that at the individual level teachers should improve their self-psychology.And at the school level,the evaluation system for teachers should be changed,cooperative culture should be built,and external assistance shouled be actively introduced into teachers.
