Education is an important cornerstone of national rejuvenation and social progress.At the national education conference in 2018,general secretary xi jinping pointed out that "we should give priority to the development of education,deepen education reform and innovation,and take the building of teachers as the basic work".The construction of a modern socialist country will raise the teachers to an unprecedented height,but also put forward new high requirements for the teaching team.Since the development of campus football activities,the problem of teachers has been the key to restrict the development of campus football.In this paper,under the background of campus football,teachers in primary and middle school football knowledge ability structure as the research object,through the literature material method,interview method,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,aimed at primary and secondary schools football teachers' knowledge ability present situation,the preliminary construction of middle and primary school football teachers knowledge ability structure model,and put forward the primary and secondary school teachers' knowledge ability structure optimization path of football advice,offer reference for teachers' training for the campus football.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)through the investigation and study of the status quo of the knowledge ability of football teachers in primary and secondary schools,it is believed that the knowledge ability of football teachers in primary and secondary schools has the following major problems:weak professional knowledge of football,insufficient football teaching skills;Football training knowledge is weak,extracurricular training is not scientific;Lack of communication skills,difficult to get the support of parents;Football injury knowledge is weak,the ability to prevent first aid needs to be improved;The consciousness of lifelong learning is weak,and the renewal of learning ability needs to be strengthened.(2)through expert questionnaire method to build the primary and secondary schools football teachers knowledge ability structure model,including the design and implementation of football teaching ability,expression ability,organization and management ability,education teaching research ability,communication ability,reflection ability,education,lifelong learning ability,ability of eight dimensions,and 32 knowledge ability index.(3)put forward the optimization path of the knowledge and ability structure of football teachers in primary and secondary schools:to improve the training mechanism of football teachers on campus based on demand;Improve the football teaching system in universities and train high quality football teachers in primary and secondary schools;Strengthen the study and exchange among football teachers,and actively draw lessons from foreign excellent experience;Establish the concept of continuing education.
