High school education is a link between compulsory education and higher education.Rural ordinary high school is rooted in the vast rural areas,which is of great significance for the development of rural areas.However,at present,rural high school is facing many difficulties,which not only affect the healthy development of rural high school education,but also affect the right of rural students to receive education,resulting in the unfair education and the intergenerational transmission of poverty.Based on the Research Society of mangzhang senior high school in Luoshan County,this study uses the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview to analyze the real situation of the development of rural high school,and to analyze and study the difficulties and reasons faced by rural high school.The study found that rural high school is facing the dilemma of balanced development,connotation development and financial security.There are some problems in rural high schools,such as the poor quality of students and teachers,the loss of students and teachers and the lack of funds,which seriously restrict the healthy and sustainable development.The main reasons are that the geographical location and social conditions of rural high school make its development have inherent disadvantages,the lack of responsibility of the government in the development of rural high school,and social factors have adverse effects on the development of rural education.Based on the analysis of the difficulties and causes of rural senior high schools,this study puts forward countermeasures for the development of rural senior high schools:first,reasonably plan the layout of rural senior high schools,complete the withdrawal and retention of rural senior high schools,and optimize the allocation of resources;second,solve the financial problems by improving the level of financial co-ordination,increasing the intensity of central transfer payment and clarifying the responsibility of county government investment;third,through educational policies Fourth,through the participation of social forces,to create a pattern of CO governance,improve the educational environment and create a good social atmosphere.
