Cultivating the craftsman spirit of secondary vocational students is an important way for individuals to grow into talents and gain self-worth,it is also a powerful guarantee for China's economic transformation.Craftsmanship is an important part of cultivating students' professional qualities in moral education courses in secondary vocational schools,and it is the fruit of moral education.In order to understand the current status of craftsmanship cultivation in the moral education class of secondary vocational schools,the author takes the cultivation of artisan spirit in the moral education class of secondary vocational schools as the research object,combines with the actual situation of Suzhou Silk Secondary Specialized School in Jiangsu Province,gets the first-hand data from conducting questionnaires and interviews,and bases on the statistical analysis,exploring the problems that still exist in cultivating the spirit of craftsmen in the moral education of secondary vocational schools.The purpose of this paper is trying to come up with a solution by finding out the cause through multi-angle analysis.This article is based on the establishment of research methods,using what,why and how to do it as a whole framework.This article is mainly divided into four parts:Part one,introduction.It introduces the research background and significance of this article,showing the research status of scholars in China and abroad,and put forward the research ideas and methods of this article.The second part defines the meaning of craftsman spirit,summarizes the characteristics of craftsman spirit from the perspective of history and the new era,and analyzes the importance of cultivating craftsman spirit in moral education courses in secondary vocational education from personal development,moral education development to national economic development.In the third part,the author starts from the actual survey results of the Suzhou Silk Secondary Specialized School,and summarizes the achievements of the school's moral education in cultivating the artisan spirit of students.At the same time,the existing problems in the cultivation process are explored,and the reasons are also deeply explored.The fourth part is to put forward countermeasures to the problems in the cultivation of craftsman spirit in the secondary vocational moral education class.The first is to change the teaching concept and advance with the times,the second is to improve the cultivation of teachers' craftsmanship.Finally,put forward innovative ways and methods to cultivate the craftsmanship of students.
