When the rule of law prospers,the country prospers.When the rule of law is strong,the country is strong.Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,under the leadership of President Xi Jinping,the CPC Central Committee has put forward a series of new ideas,new thoughts,and new strategies about how to manage state affairs in accordance with the law.Constitution is the basic law of a country.The core of the rule of law is the rule of Constitution.So we should value legal education,We should emphasize constitutional education.As we know,the juvenile are the future and hope of the country,it is our duty that we should keep a watchful eye on their constitutional education.At present,the course "Ethics and Rule of Law" in junior school is the main way for young people to carry out constitutional education,which basically carries the main content of the constitutional education of junior school students.This paper mainly through questionnaires and interviews to understand the "ethics and rule of law" class to implement the status of constitutional education.In the investigation,we know the achievement of implementation of constitutional education in morality and rule of law teaching in junior middle school.For instance,students' sense of constitution has been gradually improved,the patriotism of students has been enhanced,and the constitutional curriculum has become more abundant.At the same time,it is also found that there are many problems such as the participation of learning is not high to students in class,the cultivation of light "law" ability,and the high standard of constitutional teaching in the current constitutional education in junior schools.By exploring the reasons behind the problems,we find the following factors:teachers'professional quality should be improved,teaching methods need to be improved,and constitutional education has not achieved the principle of "unity of knowing and doing",constitutional curriculum is full of the abstract content and students just can take an unitary way to learn and so on.Based on the analysis of the above problems and the causes,the paper puts forward corresponding targeted measures:first,to enhance the personality charm of teachers so that the class will be attractive;second,carry out practical activities to transform "cognition" into "behaviour";third,take actions to enhance the student's participation consciousness.
